She is easily excitable and she's very curious
She knows she belongs on the US side and even though she loves living in Canada with her mom she wants to be on her side of Niagara Falls

Francine is the daughter of New York and Canada and the twin sister of Naya
Immortal age 102
Human age 7
Francine represents the Canadian side of Niagara Falls
Francine is shy
Here is the reason why she's so shy she's more comfortable on the Canadian side whereas Naya has always felt like she belonged somewhere else. Francine isn't as bold or outgoing as her sister(or the American stereotype) so she's a bit more mellow personality
