New York, New York can I skate and he can roller skate instead of regular rollerskates he uses roller blades. He also knows how to skateboard and he's pretty good at it, When rollerskating first started being popular in the US in the 1930s he would hug a wall until The person that he's with comes and holds his hand. He doesn't do that anymore.
Florida, A skill he acquired to evade police. Florida is more of the rollerblade type. cannot ice skate to save his life.
California. California can rollerskate ice skate skateboard. He knows how to skate. It doesn't matter if he's wearing skates or blades he knows how to do both.
Louisiana. Louisiana is decent at rollerskating. He cannot ice skate to save his life just like Florida.
Texas. Can't skate very well let's just say he's tripping the whole time California or New York or Florida have to help him stay on his feet. Also can't ice skate to save his life
Gov, is a newbie he definitely needs to be taught how to skate
Louisiana is the one that teaches Gov how to roller skate.
California is helping Texas stay on his feet.
