Gov and the states were out one night in the cities were left home alone, so they decided to play a game of truth or dare. Albany spins the bottle and it lands on Las Vegas. " truth or dare Vegas." Albany says. " dare" Vegas says
" I dare you to kiss Seattle" Albany says she sees the blush on Vegas's
face " o-ok " the younger city said walking up to Seattle."Hey Seattle" she said to get his attention." Oh hi Vegas." Seattle said. Suddenly Las Vegas pulled Seattle into a kiss. Knowing that Albany and the other cities would be there watching . Soon she pulled away." I like you." she whispered into his ear, kissed him on the cheek and walked back to the circle of cities.

Las Vegas spin the bottle and it landed on Philadelphia. " Philly truth or dare." she said, with a smirk " dare" Philadelphia said confidently " I dare you to give Albany a hickey " Vegas said it with a smirk."come on babe let's go" Philly said
" oh, you bitch" Albany said looking at Las Vegas as she walked away with her boyfriend.

A few minutes later, the two come back, and Albany had a hickey on her neck " revenge is a dish best served cold" Vegas said as she giggled. Albany decides to sit on Philadelphia's lap. Philadelphia spins the bottle and it lands on Seattle. " truth or dare." Philly says.
" truth" Seattle says Albany whisper something in Philadelphia's ears
" do you or do you not like Las Vegas?" Philadelphia asked Seattle sat there blushing. " I do." Seattle said.  " Hey Seattle, can I talk to you outside?" Las Vegas says. Seattle nods and walks outside with Las Vegas. She looked at him, grabbed his hand and said" when I kissed you and then I said, I like you I was serious I really, really really like you" Las Vegas said letting go of his hands. Seattle grabbed her hand." and when I said I do, I was telling the truth I do really like you.you're beautiful sweet funny." Seattle said suddenly Las Vegas kissed him again this time it was better than the first time. that you pulled away, it was silent
until Seattle broke the silence. " Will you be my girlfriend?" Seattle asked " yes" Las Vegas said. The two kissed again.

Back inside Philadelphia and Albany were spying on Seattle in Las Vegas " well babe, looks like we did it " Philadelphia says Albany response by kissing Philadelphia
