It had been a total of 6 months since they had originally found out Elizabeth was pregnant. now, ever since they went to the celestial realm Meliodas worked there to earn his keep so Elizabeth would be taken care of, even though solad had told him that it wasn't necessary to because they had already done enough. (Ya know saving them from demons and all, from the 'prisoners of the sky' movie)

He also refrained from having sex, sticking entirely to only Giving pleasure in order to keep from hurting his beloved.

Meliodas also had a way of counting down for when the baby was supposed to be born.

Time skip morning

Meliodas pov

I had just finished adjusting the countdown when I heard her giggle. I turned with a smile.

"What's funny?" I asked with a grin,

" well every time I see you adjust that it reminds me how cute the baby's gonna look because of you" she spoke softly with a warm look in her eyes,

"Because of me hmm? And have you thought about how amazing it's gonna act because of you?" I asked her sitting next to her on the bed,

She giggled like a chiming bell.

"I love you" she spoke it like it was her lifeline,

It still makes me feel like I'm floating.

"I love you more" I said softly,

I leaned in and kissed her softly. I moaned when she bit my lower lip. pushing her to a laying down position, never once breaking the kiss.

"Hmmm Meliodas please~" she moaned pulling from the kiss,

I could feel the mating bond burn with arousal. I inwardly groaned at the feeling.

I couldn't resist her, especially when she was like this. I started slowly climbing down her body, kissing and caressing her the whole way down. I could feel her squirm with impatience and neediness, I could smell her arousal.

But I stopped when I heard knocking, her whine of need making my body tighten further.

"Hey, sir Meliodas? Do you mind helping me train some of the men?" I heard solad call through the door,

"Actually I'm a little busy at the moment, but I'll come help in sayyyyy~ 20 minutes?" I responded cheekily,

"Oh, Yes of course! See you then!" Solad exclaimed excitedly,

I grinned at Elizabeth who blushed furiously.

"Heya Solad, how'rya doing?" I asked cheerfully,

"Oh I'm doing great! What about you? Oh and how's lady Elizabeth holding up?" Solad asked curiously,

"Ah, we're doing great. Her belly is so beautiful and I can hear it's heartbeat if I listen close enough. I'm so excited to meet it" I spoke dreamily,

"Yeah? Oh by the way me and Ellate were curious. What are you guys naming it?" Solad asked happily,

"Well we were thinking if it's a boy to name it Tristan, and if it's a girl then to name it Lucy" I said with a grin,

"Oh? Those are great names" Solad said calmly,

"Yea, I agree. So what did you need help with?" I asked curiously,
