The dress

"Oh shit sorry" Yeseul mumbled, bumping into a hard shoulder as the group turned a corner at the mall

"Oh...hey" a familiar voice chimed and she looked up to see Haechan with a small smile, she never saw him smile before, yet he looked happy to see her

"uh...hey" Yeseul said, clearing her throat quickly as she looked at her group of friends who were looking at the scene with confusion

"You guys go ahead, I'll catch up in a bit" she said and they nodded

"We'll be at the food court" Jeyi said, carefully eyeing Yeseul to make sure she was truly okay, with a slight nod between the two, Jeyi ushered the group to the food court

"Seori this is Yeseul, Yeseul this is Seori" Haechan introduced the two girls and Yeseul smiled a soft smile

"Is she your girlfriend? She's so pretty" Yeseul said with a smile to match the girl

"Uh...no she's actually..Jaemin's fiancé-" with a harsh nudge to the side of his stomach from Seori who then glared at him, he turned to Yeseul, seeing the smile slowly falter.

"Yeseul right? Such a pretty name! You look kind of familiar though...are you a celebrity?" Seori asked, quickly changing the subject

"Uh...I'm a dancer...in SM" she said with a shy smile, a small one at that

"Oh my god, I can't dance for my life let alone do it for a job. You must be so talented" Seori smiled and Yeseul awkwardly thanked her

"Hey, i know we just met and its still kinda awkward but...this guy over here is no help when it comes to choosing wedding dresses, wanna help me chose one?" She asked, linking her arm with Yeseul's quickly

"Uh...I don't know if i shou-"

"Please?" Seori asked, and Yeseul couldn't exactly find it in her heart to say no. She looked down at her hands clutching around her arm, her eyes landing on the shiny diamond ring around her ring finger. She slowly nodded, ignoring the several stabs her heart endured over the last few seconds of the interaction.

"Come on dongfuck, we don't have all day" Seori said making the boy roll his eyes as he followed the girls, not understanding why Seori was adamant on bringing Yeseul with them.

"Hello, the VIP section is at the back" the sales woman said, slowly eyeing Yeseul up and down as she wore nothing much except a large hoodie and docs, completely contrasting haechan in a silk button up shirt and Seori in a chanel style dress.

"Are you with them?" The sales woman asked and before she could answer haechan laughed loudly

"Yes, she's my girlfriend" he said, slowly wrapping his arm around her waist making her tense up slightly at the touch.

"Oh is that right? Sorry" the sales woman apologised

"No need at all, could she try on a fee dresses as well to keep herself busy? I would love to see what she would look like" he said with a smirk as he faced her, who was giving him more of a glare through an awkward smile

"Yes of course, we'll send some extra help your way" She said and bowed

"I don't want to try on dresses" Yeseul scowled, slapping his arm away slowly

"Not my problem" he shrugged

"Oh come on, it'll be fun" Seori said and Yeseul sighed, she guessed that I wasn't the worst thing ever

"Alright then, let's try it together, what style are you going to go for?" Yeseul asked

"Umm i was hoping you might tell me, you know Jaemin better than i do" Seori said and Yeseul smiled, through the pain.

Haechan helped himself to the glasses of champagne and cheeseboard that was on the glass tables as he waited for girls to come out in a wedding dress. Unlike Seori who had to choose from 20 of her personal favourites, Yeseul only had one that she thought was perfect for her, a dress she would have loved to wear on her very own special day.

By now Seori had filled Haechan in on her exquisite plan, making sure to add in a few violent threats if he was to ever disclose the plan to anyone. As much as Haechan was against the plan, he could tell that Seori was determined to make things go her way, afterall she did really love her boyfriend.

Haechan swore that he almost fell for the girl as she stepped out of the dressing room, Seori could even feel her own heart fluttering. The two helplessly looked at the girl who graced out of the dressing room, trying to keep their jaws from dropping to the floor.

"Oh....my....GOD!" Seori exclaimed, a hand flying over her mouth. Yeseul smiled awkwardly as heat rushed up to her cheeks, with the help of the saleswomen she walked towards Haechan, placing two fingers under his chin to close his mouth. He awkwardly cleared his throat, trying to hide the red rush on his cheeks

"Don't act so surprised babe" Yeseul said with a smirk as she watched him slowly lose his composure

"You're hot...LIKE HOT HOT" Seori said and Yeseul chuckled

"Have you tried on any dresses yet?" She asked, playing with the puffed sleeves of the dress

"Umm yeah...a few but.....WOW" the girl continued to gawk at Yeseul making her laugh

"Listen I should probably go back to my friends...in something other than a wedding dress" she chuckled, waddling back into the dressing room to remove the dress, changing back into her own outfit.

She slowly bid her goodbyes to them both, making sure to congratulate Seori on her wedding. Even she felt bad for her that her 2 years relationship had to be ruined due to this. Yet she thought Seori was an amazing person, and she was glad that Jaemin was in good hands.

"Where were you?" Minhyuk asked as she joined the group at the food court

"Umm.... Nevermind...Jeyi let's go shopping, i wanna buy better clothes to fix my aesthetic" Yeseul lied as she dragged Jeyi out of the food court

"Woah! Calm down Tesla!" Jeyi joked, using the nickname she had given her ever since she saw Jaemin step out of his new car

"Too soon?" Jeyi asked, making sure the joke didn't make her feel even worse about the Jaemin situation

"I miss him" she pouted and Jeyi sighed

"Call Jeno" Jeyi said with a chuckle and Yeseul rolled her eyes, pulling her into a store to buy more clothes
