"You're like the best...homosapien ever" Yeseul said, eyes melting as she looked at the bottle of soju Jeno had bought for them all when the group came to celebrate 9ine's debut.

"Thank you Jeno, you're the best!" The group said collectively as he passed out bottles to them each.

"The meat smells so good" Yedam said as the group sat around dispersed at the rooftop.

"I know! I can't contain my hunger" Arin said

"Yeah she's practically drooling on me" Alexa joked earning a playful slap from Arin

"You cold?" Jeno asked as he approached Yeseul, sitting down beside her before lifting her up onto his lap

"Very" she said, practically shaking making him chuckle

"I'll keep you warm, you'll feel better when the food comes" he said wrapping his arms around her as he huffed, watching his breath turn foggy white in the cold air

"You shouldn't wear crop tops like this when its freezing" Jeno said with a smile

"Fashion baby" she said, teeth clattering.

"Can I actually talk to you about something?" She asked clearing her throat

"Yeah sure, what's up?" Jeno asked

"We both know our...casual relationship with each other is casual and not really going anywhere else out of the boundaries of being friends that have sex right?"

"Mhmm"

"So we're not together right?"

"Mhmm"

"So it's not...wrong that Jaemin kissed me and ...I didn't feel bad about it?"

"Mhmm"

"Oh my god! Could you say anything else except mhmm?" She asked feeling frustrated but Jeno only laughed at her with his eye smile making her confused

"What?!" She asked, lightly slapping his thigh

"You're so cute" he said with a chuckle

"I still don't get it" she said

"Jaemin called me a few nights ago...and told me that you guys-"

"Jeno, I'm so sorry-"

"No wait just hear me out, I felt very happy for you both...I wanted you to tell me in your own time, I know when you avoid people and eat instant noodles you're usually thinking about how to express your feelings" he said and she turned to face him with her eyebrows raised

"You know me quite well" she said with a laugh before turning back around on his lap to face Jungwoo who was starting to give out the plates of pork belly.

"Between us though, I know Jaemin can't fuck you better than I did" Jeno whispered in her ear making her face turn red

"Alright let's do that from the top!" The music video director shouted getting the attention of the team

"Ah! Not again!" Yeseul whined, falling to the ground as the hair stylist came to fix her hair.

"You tired?" Kai asked, getting his makeup touched up as he caught his breath.

"Very" she said with a smile, trying to pat away the sweat from her forehead. Kai stuck out his hand to help her stand up to her feet

"Guys hold on, my BeReal notif popped up" Alexa said, snapping a picture of them together before taking a selfie

"I still don't understand that app" Yeseul said

"I'm too old for that app" Kai joked

"You busy with schedules today?" Yeseul asked as they got back to their positions for the performance

"Kinda, i have a midnight radio interview to do tonight and then gotta be up early to finish the album recordings..you?" He asked

"Just this today and then-"

"Yeseul! You have a visitor!" The staff announced grabbing her attention

"Oh umm...excuse me, sorry guys I'll be right back!" She said to the team before she rushed outside the warehouse they were filming in.

"Jesus christ that door is heav-" her eyes immediately landed on the lean figure in-front of her, her face immediately lighting up as the boy's eyes met hers. Her feet moved faster than her mind as she found herself running towards him at full speed. Jaemin's smile was one of the most brightest ones he had ever had as he braced for impact.

Her body collided with his and he almost nearly fell back at the force but he managed to stabilise them both. her legs wrapped around his hips while her arms wrapped around his neck. She planted a passionate peck onto his lips before looking at his face again

"You've been waiting to do that haven't you?" Jaemin asked with a smile and she nodded. She soon gasped, jumping down from his grip remembering that he had been in the hospital

"Shit did I hurt you?" She asked worriedly and he shook his head

"I've been doing everything you've told me to do and I'm super healthy" He said with a smile and she smiled back

"You look really good, the colour returned back to your face" she said, looking back to the warehouse

"Are you busy?" He asked and she nodded with a pout

"I have to finish this shot today" she said and he nodded

"I'll drive you home, i need to do some paperwork anyway so I'll just wait in my car" He said

"Oh no you don't have to do th-"

"I want to, we have a lot to talk about" Jaemin said and she smiled, pecking him on the lips once more bidding goodbye but he only pulled her back.

"That wasn't a real kiss, it doesn't count" he said with a pout and she rolled her eyes, connecting her lips to his again for a longer time.

"Okay bye! I really gotta go!" She shouted, walking back into the warehouse where her team was waiting for her with a bright smile on her face, feeling energised to keep going with the video shoot.
