Prologue

Three years earlier

As i finished my work at The Senate office, I headed to a flower shop to buy a Bouquet of Flowers for my wife. It's our tenth anniversary  today and i wanted to surprise her.  Pagkatapos kong mamili ay deretso uwi na ako sa Bahay namin, pagka park ko ng sasakyan sa garahe ay lumabas na ako ng kotse.

Pagkalabas ko palang ng kotse nakaramdam na ako ng masama, I think of it clearly on what  i feel until it appears of it's just a hunch for me..

I walked on inside the house and i saw my three sons playing Xbox on the living room.

"Oh hey Dad!" Sandro said sabay lumapit sakin at nag mano, ung dalawa naman tinigil muna paglalaro at lumapit sakin sabay nag mano din 

"Asaan ang Mama niyo?" I asked...

"Uhm She is in her room" Simon Answered. I nodded then i went up to the stairs, As I went to our room i saw my most beautiful wife staring at the her vanity.

"Hey Mahal " sabi ko sabay lumapit sa kaniya at hinalikan sa labi..

"Ang aga mo naman ngayon ah? Tapos na Hearing niyo?" She asked.

"Oo, maaga natapos kasi nga may mga meeting ang mga senators sa mga provinces nila" I answered "So  How's your day?"

"Same as usual" She smiled, I gave her bouquet which she smiled even more "Happy Anniversay Mahal" 

"Happy Anniversary din Mahal" I kissed her on her lips..

It will be the last kiss...

Nagpa desisyon namin na mag Dinner date sa labas, We enjoyed so much our alone time...

Until....

Palabas na kami ng Restaurant na pinagkainan namin nang bigla na lang may bumaril kay Liza. Kaagad naman hinabol ng mga guard yung bumaril habang ako naman sinalo si Liza.

"M-mahal? M-mahal?" Nauutal kong sambit habang nakahawak ako sa mukha niya

Tumingin naman siya sakin habang tumutulo ang luha niya kasabay pag ubo ng dugo

Masasayang ng mga araw na kasama kita....

"M-mahal please wag mo kong iwan" Iyak kong saad habang hinahaplos ang kaniyang mukha..

All of our precious memories flashed into my eyes.

"B-bong" I cried even more when i heard her voice

Paglalambing at kulit mo na hindi nakakasawa..

Puno puno ng ligaya ang ating pagsasama..

Ng parang wala nang sisira ng lahat..

"Don't speak please, save your breathe until the ambulance arrives" I begged to her, She bitterly smiled.

"T-take care of Our sons ha, even i'm gone dont forget everything even your self Bong... Take care of yourself " Nahihirapan niyang saad..

Bakit ba dumating ang oras na ito?

Nabalitaan ko na wala ka na..

"No please, Hold on please Liza please"

"I- I c-can't b-bong.."

Hindi ba't sinabi mo di mo ko iiwan??

"No stay with me please please i'm begging you i can't live with--" Pinutol niya sasabihin ko nang bigla niya nilagay hintuturo niya sa labi ko

"No, you can...."

Hindi Pababayaan na ako'y mag isa

Hindi Ba't sabi mo sabay tayo tatanda?

Dumating na ung Ambulansya at kaagad siyang sinakay habang ako naman sumama din, hawak hawak ko kamay niya habang umiiyak at pinipilit na huwag bumitaw...

"Always Remember Bong, no matter how things messed up always to live on"

"Mahal please I'm begging you just please..."

"Bong, promise me one thing" She panting as she getting out of breathe " Promise that you'll never forget to take care of yourself, I'm always on your side even if i'm die"

"B-but...."

"Promise me??"

I nodded, she caress my face then smiled bitterly " I promise mahal"

"I love you" Her final words then she let go....my world stops as the machine stops beeping...

"LIZAAAA!!!"  i shouted in pain, i cried as i see her lifeless..

Bat bigla ka na lang nandyan??

I hugged her, this is my last hug " I'll keep your promise forever mahal... I love you always, I'll take care of our sons mahal"

I'll never forget our memories, please take care from there...
