Sarada's POV

"You look pathetic, dork..."

I'm still astonished after he called up to me like how I was so pathetic while trembling in shame. My mind is kind of messy, especially from what happened just a while ago.

What surprises me more is he walks toward me gazing at my face without any traces of mocking or sympathy to me.

He shoves his hand in his pocket and soon reveals a handkerchief coming out from it. I still cannot take my eyes off of him. He keeps his pace walking in my direction.

The moment he reaches my point he kneels like a prince charming who tries to help the damsel in distress from villains, but this ain't a fairytale, darling.

He gestures like he is going to wipe my face with his handkerchief. Well, he did afterward, My eyes are wide open, I cannot properly register his majestic act towards me.

Is this even real?

If this is a dream, I don't want to wake up anymore. This sensation he brings to me is something that I never felt before, not even with Boruto.

"Chocho, help me!" I scream in my mind. I don't know what to say or do. He is caressing my face with the soft cloth in his hand. He is cleaning the mess on my face.

"What are you doing? Why are you here?" I stammer when I spit those words. He did not respond instead he looks at me with his casual cold stares, but this time his gray eyes are not cold they feel warm just like his hand. His warmth is all over my face through the handkerchief.

"I'm helping you, dork," he scoffs as if he is a little embarrassed and comes to a halt caressing my smutty face.

"You don't need to though," I answer him back while I'm still astounded by his demeanor.

"Even in this kind of situation, you're still acting tough and stubborn," he retaliates and it causes me to scowl at him, but I should be thankful to him instead, right? It just makes me wonder why he is doing all this heroic stuff.

"You are unpredictable, you know?" he furrows his brows even though I don't know where those words came from.

"I don't have any clue about what you're saying," he tries to dodge my statement.

"You're going to lose your cool once you realize that everyone is staring at us," I remind him but he seems not to care a bit.

"As if I care," he confirms my doubt.

"But..." he murmurs and looks me in the eyes. It feels weird though.

"I warn you about that guy. He won't stop until you give up on him," he reminds me of him.

"That thing," I mutter and he raises one brow and waits for me to continue.

"I want you to tell me what you know about that bastard. I cannot take this anymore. He is making my life hell here. I want to know about his motives for wanting me out of the University," I tell him what I think and he just stares at me without uttering a single word.

"I don't have any idea about his motives, but I guess it is all about self-interest," he takes his hand off my face and slowly rises. He is done with me I guess.

"But you seem to have a little intel about this guy. Can you please tell me?" I almost beg him but he just offers me his handkerchief and turns his back on me.

"I missed my first class because of you and I can't make up for it anymore," did he just refuse my question? Damn it!

"But, please I'm b--" he cuts me off.
