Isabella Evergreen

It's been three days since Isabella was in the hospital and Theodore has visited her each day, from 12:00pm to 16:00pm. Isabella didn't like the hospital for those three days because the hostpial has brought all the memorys from her father to the abortion since the last time she was here. Isabella has gotten nightmares each night she was in the hospital, it was the same thing each time. Isabella was in her room at her fathers house, her drunken father came in and raped her, the next thing she was in a hospital having an abortion to the thing her father gave her that night.

The first night Isabella was in the hospital the nurse gave her two pills and told her to take them. She asked what they were and the nurse said  "they'll keep you sane." Isabella didn't ask any other questions and took them. Next thing you know it was the morning and she didn't know what happened the night before.

Isabella and Theodore were in the visiting room sitting on the sofa rewatching Beauty and the Beast for the thousandth time in three days. Isabella was in her pyjamas with a blanket around her and Theodore with his arms around her as her head was leaning against his shoulder.

As their eyes were fixed to the TV someone sat on the other end of the sofa. Isabella looks over to find a girl happily watching the film. "Hi, may." Isabella says to the girl.

May is Isabella's roommate in the hospital. She's a kind and sensitive person. She was in the hospital for almost two years -- just after Isabella left the hospital-- and was diagnosed with an eating disorder and depression. She's so happy most of the time because of the meds she takes from the nurses.

May looks at Isabella, "hi, beautiful." she says, smiling. Now looking at theodore. "Is this the boy you were telling me about? He is pretty."

Theodore turns his head to the girl. "Well, thank you."

May goes flustered when Theodore talks to her. "You're welcome." may say, shyly as she fiddles with her fingers.

Theodore looks down at Isabella, "do you talk about me when i'm not here?" he said, grinning.

Isabella sat up from Theodore, looking at the boy. "Yes, I have. Because may and susan have asked if i was seeing someone," isabella looks at may. "Isn't that right, may?"

May nodded emediantly looking at the boy. "It's true," she turns and looks around the room, like she's looking for something. When she doesn't find what she's looking for, she shouts. "Susie!"

Isabella and Theodore turn and look around the room, seeing a blonde haired girl pop out of the corner with a cigarette in her mouth, puffing on it so fast it's like her life relies on it. "Yes, may?" Susan asked through the smoke in her mouth.

Susan is also another girl who stays in the hospital room next to May and Isabella but stays in the room with Isabella and May when she can. She stays in the room alone because her nurses think it better for her to be in a room alone then with anyone else because of her diagnosis. Susan was diagnosed with BPD -- borderline personality disorder. Once a day she goes into the "quiet room."

It's supposed to be a safe place for people when they make too much of an eruption for the other patients. But for the patient's point of view it's a whole different story. Isabella hasn't been in the room since she was last here but she can still feel the way she felt in the room. The feeling of like there was nothing inside her when she was drugged before she was in the room. The feeling of how it feels like she was floating scarily up in the air until the drug wears off. And the feeling of embarrassment when she came out of the quiet room and everyone had their eyes on her.

"It's true we talked to, beautiful, about the boy, right?" may quizzes the blonde.

"Yeah." she laughed. "Remember when we asked her if they ever shagged and she went all red."
