Reader’s Pov
Aron turns his hills around and wipes his tears quickly before they can fall from his eyes. This is the first time in his entire life, he hurt Amelia physically, he never laid a single finger to Amelia, he can be very strict towards Amelia but he never behaved this way. Today he slapped his most precious daughter.
Ami stumbles back after hearing his father’s decision about getting married to Jimin. She breathes heavily and gasps loudly.
“No, this can’t be happening, no-”She clutches her hair tightly and looks at her father who already passes the main gate. She begins to run behind her father and Eunjee cries out loud to see her husband just slapped her daughter, she never thought Aron would react this way.
“Daddy-” She screams with all of her lungs and increases her speed while clutching her chest tightly as her breath is becoming heavy. “Daddy, don’t go. Listen to me, please-” She cries out loud and runs after him. Aron is listening to his daughter calling him with all of her lungs but he keeps ignoring that otherwise, he wouldn’t be able to control his tears and he doesn’t have any intention to break down in front of his daughter.
“Daddy, don’t go. Listen to me, listen to me-” Amelia reaches near the front gate which is huge. Aron orders all the guards to close the door quickly so that Amelia can’t get outside of the mansion. All the guards around there begins to close the big gate and Amelia screams all of her lungs.
“No, don’t close the door, NO!” She was about to pass the gate but the guards already closed the door and she fell on the ground with a loud thud, crying like a little kid as the pain of her father slapped her and Taehyung left her in the early morning, then her father said about her marriage. She clutches her chest more tightly and sob harder. Eunjee quickly bends down to calm Amelia down and it’s breaking her heart in the worst possible way to see her daughter this way.
“Ami-”Eunjee calls out softly and pulls her daughter into her.
“Daddy-” Amelia breathes out and sobs harder. “Daddy slapped me, mamma. He slapped me and it’s hurting so bad. He left me here like Tae. Why are they doing this to me, mamma? Why? Tell me why-” She hiccups loudly and her body jerks up violently.
“Everything will be alright, baby. Calm down, please-” Eunjee pats her daughter’s head but Amelia is in so much pain. “Everything is not going to be fine, mamma. Everything is not going to be fine, they all hate me, they all are hurting me, mamma. They all are hurting me-”She sobs harder and Eunjee squeezes her tightly.
‘I can’t marry Jimin, mum. I love only Taehyung, bring him to me please, please bring him to me. Where is he? Why is he not here yet? I can’t marry anyone else than Taehyung. Tell daddy that I can’t marry Jimin. Please-” she sobs loudly and clutches her chest tightly. She gasp loudly and Eunjee already understands that her daughter is facing breathing problems, so she shoves the inhaler into Amelia’s mouth to help her breath properly.
