Reader’s Pov
2 hours before the wedding ceremony:
“You got a very important assignment to do-” John says to Namjoon and searches for Taehyung who is now smoking like a maniac, burning a cigarette and after finishing the cigarette, he is burning another one, he just can’t accept the fact that Amelia refused him this way.
Amelia could have just talked to him in a pleasant way or calmly but she shouted at him badly. He got the voicemail which Amelia sent him but he refused to call her or talk to her. She needs to understand how it feels every time she shouts at him. He could have just argued with her that time he refused to do that. He didn’t want to hurt Amelia as she has heavy breathing problems.
She might pass out or cry out like a child which he wouldn’t be able to watch and he would die in regret. He inhales the smoke deeply and blows out some smoke to feel light weighted. He isn't aware of Amelia’s wedding ceremony and this is the first time after his relationship with Amelia, he didn’t talk to her because he is angry at her.
“Taehyung-”John calls out and Taehyung lazily looks at him, throwing the leftover cigarette into the trash can. “What are you doing here, John?” He asks and takes another cigarette in his hand and places it between his lips and lit up the cigarette with the lighter. John sees Taehyung’s actions carefully. Taehyung is in so much pain but he is not showing it.
“Have you talked to Amelia yet? Do you know what is happening inside the mansion?” John asks and Taehyung’s jaw clenches in anger.
“No, nor do I want to talk about it, John. If you are here to handover Amelia’s speech then I am sorry. I am not interested. Tell her I will talk to her when I want to. I am not in a mood right now.” He replies calmly and John takes a deep breath.
“Listen, Taehyung. I don’t know what happened between you two but I am here to handover an important news, Taehyung-” John says and Taehyung gets up from the ground.
“John, you can leave now. I don’t want to talk about anything right now-” Taehyung says through his gritted teeth. He surely is very angry. No, he never forced Amelia to do anything. Amelia refused to get married and that’s okay but what she said after that was unbearable to Taehyung. Taehyung was about to turn his hill around but John’s next word stops him in his tracks.
“Today is Amelia and Jimin’s wedding ceremony and they already drugged Amelia so she is not in her senses and going to do everything that they order-” John says and Taehyung freezes on his spot.
“What?!’’ He spats and steps closer to John, directly clutches his collar tightly. “What did you just say?” His eyes widen and he sucks a deep breath.
