Author's Note

Howdy all! Hope everyone has been well! I would just like to drop a few little notes here before I officially start this story:

For anyone who is not aware — this book is a sequel! The first book is 'the heart never lies'. I would drop the link here but Wattpad doesn't seem to like links or copying and pasting, so if you head to my profile you'll find it there!

Secondly, for those that have read book 1, as you know for the most part I used 'Evans' rather than Chris to save possible confusion. Alas, that has now ended! For the foreseeable future, I shall be using Chris as a standard.

Third, just as a disclaimer, there will of course be mature content (swearing, smut, etc).

Forth — the title of this book was heavily influenced by the song 'Salvation' by Gabrielle Aplin. If you've never heard it, I highly recommend! It's a very beautiful song and it's very much how I see Meg and Chris's relationship. I'll drop it below! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I think that's everything! I cannot thank you all enough for the support. I really enjoyed writing book 1 and I'm super excited to be writing book 2. Here's hoping we all have a good time with it 🤙😁
