Chapter 19

After the bell signally class started Dad moved to stand behind his podium in the front of the class and started to call roll. Fumikage was still not here yet. When Dad got to his name he looked at his seat and grinned a bit when he noticed he was not there probably thinking he was absent.

The door opened though once roll was called and Fumikage finally came in. He handed what seemed to be a pass and sat down in his seat. Dad scowled a bit reading the pass then crumbling it and throwing it in the trash before fixing Fumikages attendance.

During homeroom I noticed a few times during class Dad would glare at a few people. They were mainly loud or disruptive though. He was also glaring at Fumikage and he was actually glaring at Fumikage the most. Dad left the room even before the bell rang to dismiss class. Probably to go sleep under his desk in the teachers office.

Papa's class was next and it is pretty easy considering I already know English. Once class started he smiled at all of us and gave me a thumbs up signally the way the talk with Fumikage went.

Soon though it was time for lunch. Standing up and grabbing my phone and lunch out of my backpack while everyone else headed to the door. When I looked up again I notice my main friend group waiting for me.

I notice some of them talking mainly to Mina and Sero. Kirishima and Denki distract Bakugou in the hall so he didn't leave without them. Walking over to Fumikage he wrapped his hand on my waist as we headed out.

"How did it go," I whisper out.

He just smiles slightly at me but says."I will tell you when we get to lunch Baby."

As soon as the rest of both groups stepped out into the hallway we heard a throat clear. Knowing that voice I turned around and their Dad was glaring at Fumikage and the hand around my waist. Everyone one turned around and stiffening slightly from the glare Dad had. Fumikage also froze at the sight of my Dad's glare targeted at him.

"Hands to yourself Mr. Tokoyami." My dad said to him

"Yes Sir" Fumikage answered quickly and moved his hand from me.

I just glared at my Dad before scoffing at him and heading to lunch. With the group giving a few looks between both my retreating figure and my Dad they slowly started flowing after me. Bakugou is now the closest to me as he wanted to get to lunch already. Seeing Toshi as we got closer to the cafeteria I ignored him as well and headed straight to a table that was completely empty. I sat near the middle of the table.

(I did not look up how their cafeteria was set up and I completely forgot how it looked so yeah ignore sitting at two different tables in the past chapters we just sat at one as a group but pulled a few chairs over.)

I saw Fumikage sigh out as he was patted on the back by a few of our friends and classmates. Toshi sat his lunch diagonal to me today and then headed to go get our drinks. Ojiro was sitting down and eating his lunch next to Toshis. As a few others sat down such as Denki and looked around he probably was looking for my brother. He didn't see him since he was still in the back when Toshi was here.

"Hey Ojiro, me and the Girls wanna go to Karaoke this weekend. Do you wanna come? We have no set date yet, though." I said opening my lunch I looked down. I had meatballs with a little lettuce and baby tomatoes. There was mustard and a few other things for condiments.

"Yeah we can talk a bit more about time but I'm pretty much free this weekend," Oiro said as he started to eat his lunch.

I decided I wanted to sit next to Mina today so as she got close I motioned her over. Once she saw me she smiled out and quickly came over claiming the seat next to me. Soon Enough Fumikage came back and sat next to me. He elbowed me softly to get my attention. I looked at him and saw he was offering up his strawberries to me. I smiled at him. I didn't even tell him I like them but he must have noticed yesterday.

Soon after I took them everyone else came back and sat down. Once Toshi came back I could instantly tell Kaminaris expression was lighting up.

I quickly finished up my lunch and then leaned on Mina. I did not feel like talking but I wanted attention and I couldn't be too close to Fumikage with Toshi watching. I picked up my phone and nudged Fumikages leg with my foot. Mina started petting my head a bit so I relaxed into her some more. When Fumikage looked at me after he finished eating his food I raised my phone. He nodded his head and pulled his phone out of his pocket.

I looked at everyone and saw Kaminari now sitting next to my brother and they were talking. Momo and Jirou were talking along with Ojiro. Kirishima, Sero and Mina was talking, with Bakugou yelling in every once in a while.
