I stood in front of the long length mirror looking at myself in the beautiful ivy white wedding gown that Jason's Mum had made for me. It was a strapless dress that had crystals along the waist. The grown flowed down my body and out behind me. I set the train right and placed my hand on my stomach. I slipped into my Satin Diamante Mid heel platform shoes

Yesterday I found out I was pregnant. Fear and worry has rattled around inside me for the past day and half. I ran my hand over my still flat stomach and smiled to myself when I heard the door slowly open.

"Oh sweetheart you look gorgeous" I looked up into the mirror and saw Mum and Maggie walk in along with Loretta Jason's mum.

"Oh wow. You do make a stunning bride"

At that moment Jessica made an appearance with Skilar sitting on her hip "Oh wow Allie your breath taking" She smiled "It's time for the ceremony to begin" Mum, Maggie and Loretta hugged me each then walked to the door and left. I looked back in the mirror and smiled to myself as I placed my hand on my flat stomach "You ready Lys" I turned around and picked up my flowers.

"I'm ready" I state taking a few deep breaths leaving the changing room behind.

I walked down the hall with Jessica beside me. My nerves was sending my stomach in knots that I thought I was going to be sick. We finally got to the entrance of the double doors and Jessica gave me a smile that kind of set my stomach at ease for a moment.

"You really do look beautiful Lys... Jason bagged himself a good one in you" I smiled at her as she hugged me. I then saw Scottie walk towards me in his tux. He smiled at me and I raised my eye brow in confusion. Why was he here instead sitting down with everyone else.

"You look great Lyssa" I leaned up and kissed him on her cheek

"Thank you" I looked between him and Jessica "Not that I don't mind you being here Scottie, but why are you not out there with everyone else?"

"I can only imagine what you're feeling today without your dad being here" He says and my eyes automatically look down at the floor and I could feel my cheeks get hot as tears slowly raised to my eyes. I pushed them back not wanting to ruin my makeup.

Let it out Alyssa you know that's the best way

I rolled my eyes at my conscious and listened to Scottie continue "And I know it's going to be hard for you to walk down the aisle alone so I was wondering if..."

"I would like you to do it instead" I finished for him. His eyes met mine and he slowly nodded.

My heart warmed at the thought of Scottie doing this for me. He didn't have to, but yet he wanted to make me feel better on the day that is the happiest day of my life. I loved him. He was great. He was a great bestfriend, a great boyfriend and an awesome father. I was proud of him and I would be honoured for him to walk me down the aisle.

Tears filled my eyes and this time I didn't hold them back I let them show and he smiled down at me. I reached for him and wrapped my arms around his neck "Thank you" I whispered in his ear.

Then before I knew it the music had started and the double doors opened. I saw everyone turn to me as they stood up and watched me walk down the aisle. I looked ahead and saw Jason standing up the few steps with his hands behind his back and a huge wide smile on his ace. My hand was linked around Scottie's upper arm as he lead me towards my soon to be husband.
