If Yesterday Could Disappear

Chapter 09

You're too broken thinking of the past,
that you never notice the people whose hurting around you.

A soft hand gently touches my cheek, moving a strand of hair away from my face. Napamulat ako dahil doon at tiningnan si Aiden na nagulat sa biglaan kong paggising.

I frowned when I saw a stain of flour on his right cheek. He looks shock and flustered that he looked away and cleared his throat.

"Your food is ready," I stared at him for a minute before pulling his hand closer to me. Natigilan ito sa aking ginawa at naguguluhan akong tiningnan, but i didn't bother talking to him and wiped the flour on his cheek. My cold hand touched his warm cheek, wiping the stain of flour.

"Clumsy shit." I whispered criticizing him.

Binaling ko ang tingin ko sa pagkain na linuto nito at napangiti ng makita ang brown fried rice na linuto nito na may nakapatong na hugis pusong itlog. While on the other side is a pancake with whipped cream on top.

It looks delicious,

"Ako lang kakain?" Hindi ko naman mauubos lahat ng toh mag-isa noh. I'm not allowed to eat alot, may photoshoot pa naman akong paparating.

"Busog pa ako." Sabi nito habang pinupunasan ang mga hinugasan nitong gamit sa kusina ko.

"So sa tingin mo mauubos ko lahat nang ito? Im on a fucking diet!" I groaned. Sa tingin ba niya may manonood at titingin pa sa mga litrato ko kapag tumaba ako? No way!

"Don't be a brat and eat"

"Ah, brat pala ako? You rascal!" I dropped the utensils in my hand and placed both my arms on my chest. Tangina toh, sa bawat pagkakataon nalang na magpapakabait sana ako sa kaniya agad rin naman niyang sinisira ito.

"Eat." He demanded.

"NO!"

"Kakain ka o Kakain ka?"

Akala ko kakain ka o kakainin kita. My freaking mind is a mess! But who is he to demand me around?

"Who you?" Pagmamatigas ko dito. Ano siya gold para sundin ko? Si Hani nga hindi ako mautusan siya pa kayang kapitbahay ko lang? Ang kapal.

He got annoyed and grabbed my chin. His hand pressed both of my cheek making me open my mouth before putting the food inside. I choked on it and started coughing loudly. Napatayo ako sa inuupuan ko at tumakbo papunta sa lababo para ilabas ang nasa bibig ko.

"Drink water," He followed me and started patting my back gently.

Naiinis kong sinampal paalis ang kamay nito sa likod ko at sinamaan ito ng tingin. He did this and now he acts like he fucking care? Fuck him. Tinulak ko ito palayo at galit na nagpunta sa sofa ko at humiga doon.

Why is he here in the first place anyways? Sinisira lang niya lalo ang mood ko.

Napahawak ako sa aking mga braso at tinago ang mukha ko sa mga unan na nasa sofa ko. "Celine, Don't be childish. I'm sorry okay? Gusto ko lang naman kumain ka," I heard him speaking a few feet away from me but I ignored him and closed my eyes.

Bigla nalang sumakit ang ulo ko at nanghina ang katawan ko. Is this really just a fever? I could feel my body heating up.
