"Mia are you even serious?" I sighed frustratedly. "Why did you promise Nick a date with me, without even telling me about it? I was standing there like a dear in the headlights when he told me about it earlier today." I groan and roll in my bed, messing with the bed sheets.

Bob...lizabeth is right next to me, purring happily as my nails scratch her ears. She is such a good kitty, not like the ones that will scratch you if you try pet their tummies. Boblizabeth lets me pet her everywhere and she will purr nevertheless.

I am still salty about that name, though. Boblizabeth. It feels so weird. The name is too long, not cute and definitely not for an animal as adorable as her. Let alone that it doesn't even exist in the vocabulary.

I've gotten used to the fact that she is a female and in all honesty, I kinda like it better this way. I feel more comfortable venting my girl problems to her now. I don't have to worry about being embrassed since we are having a girl to girl talk. Well, it's more like, I do the talking and she listens to me, whether she likes it or not.

"Oh crap. I'm so sorry babe, I totally forgot that I said that to him! My memory is not as good, I've been too busy matchmaking everyone that I hardly remember what I've said or done." I watch as her eyes widen and her lips form an apologetic smile. But she didn't look to be genuine. I actually heard her giggle evily.

"Mia." I said warningly, looking at her through the screen of the video call.

"I said I am sorry! I just blurt out things sometimes, you know?" oh I know honey. "I had to bribe Nick with something and the date was the first thing that came in mind! Although... I kinda regret it after last night. You know... When I saw the way Chan was looking at you." she wiggled her eyebrows and I rolled my eyes at her.

"Stop." I warn again.

"But it's true! He was piercing holes at both Nick and you last night." she pauses for a couple of seconds, seemingly thinking something wicked. "Hmm, on second thought... I think that this date with Nick is actually a very good chance to make Chan more jealous." she snickered wickedly, cautiously looking around her to make sure that Minho was not hearing this conversation.

"You are pure evil, you know that?" I sigh and try to fight back a smile.

"I know honey, I know. But don't try and hide from me. I can see it in your eyes that you like that idea." she narrowed her gaze at me with a sly smirk and my eyes just widened the slightest.

She knows me too well.

"AnYwAys." I cough awkwardly. "That doesn't mean it won't feel awkward. I am not saying that Nick is a bad guy or anything, because he is actually very polite but... Something is not right. I feel like we don't vibe? Maybe I am not attracted to him, I don't know." I groan, pulling on my hair exasperatedly. "I don't even know how I'm gonna survive an hour or two alone with him." I cry dramatically and Mia chuckles, knowing well enough that I am right. "Don't laugh, you little poop. It's all your I am in this situation right now. You and your matchmaking game has gone too far."

"I'm just trynna help here, cut me some slack woman. I don't want you rotting all alone and single and make your cat miserable by ranting on him everyday."

This little-

My cat is not miserable. In fact, she is purring on my lap right at this moment.

"It's a she not a he..." I mutter.

"Huh? Wasn't the name Bob? Wasn't he a male?"

I sigh deeply. "It's a long story, but she is a female and the name changed into Boblizabeth..."
