(Volume 2) Chapter 28: Sever

This feels like a weird transition to me, so please understand everything I'm doing is just... My best. I don't want this fanfic to be a repeat of every other fanfic, so I wanted to intern my set of events, and out of the 20 ideas I had in my author's notes. This was the sanest option to go through unless all of you want to see something like Escape Dead Island. I will try my best to explain everything that happened in the last chapter and why Yn acted the way he did.

Also I'm trying to add plot points so i can add a place to where to start when I add development to other characters. So Sun will start when he is hospitalized, coco is here, and Cardin is before he's beat. Expect that in like 7 chapters?

Ruby:" So..."

Ruby trailed her words with a spoon of her breakfast near her mouth.

Ruby:" I'm just going to say it. Did you and Yang have sex?"

Yang spat porridge over her legs, yelping about how hot it was, and started to pat herself down. Yn staring at ruby surprised Ruby had dared come out and say something of such content.

Ruby:" It's just that you're in a good mood..."

Teana:" Real good mood."

She was stressed.

Teana:" You woke up at 8 instead of 7."

Yn:" You all looked tired."

Piper:" You told me you appreciated me being your partner."

Yn:" I do"

Silveo:" You called me a good leader."

Yn sighed.

Yn:" Is this going anywhere?"

Ruby:" I- I don't know. Am I going to be an aunty?

Yang:" You're not going to be an aunty!"

She hissed.

Yang:" And that's not because we used protection either. Nothing happened. Sheesh. You two sure turned into gossip suddenly. I and Yn just went out to eat, all right?"

Yn:" I ate a burrito while Yang stuffed her face with a steak, rare, asked for an alcoholic drink, and got denied immediately."

Yang:" Wha-"

Yn:" Am I not allowed to be in a good mood occasionally, though if you'd prefer. I'll be sure to never compliment any of you again."

Teana:" No, please. That won't be necessary."

Ruby:" We really could get used to a good mood Yn!"

They wouldn't if they kept it on like this, forced to do this unless he wanted to get picked for fighting every day in combat class. threatened by goodwitch, that if he doesn't act better with his team, she will personally give him detention every day until late afternoon. Teana and piper snickered awkwardly. Yn tugged the paper and looked down, looking at the headline of the capturing of Roman having his face plastered on it. This was already over a month ago, but some words were already highlighted.

???:" Not every day someone ends up in the newspaper."

He said snidely.

Yn grabbed the pen and drew a doodle onto the paper before giving it back and tossing the pen to the boy who had been expecting a much stronger response.
