(Volume 2) Chapter 30: Future of Vale

Ozpin:" So the two of you are here for one reason and one reason alone. May one of you tell me why that is?"

Coco Adel and Yn Ln sitting in front of Ozpin, in separate chairs, each one of them angled to face each other and Ozpin Aswell. Crossing one of his feet onto the other, a sweater that fitted Yn's size was surprising. He found out his body was more into the build of a man who trained every day, and they could excuse the little hooks that were on his shoulders as part of his arms.

Yn:" I-"

Ozpin:" Please speak the truth Mr. Ln."

Yn breathed in a hefty amount of air.

Yn:" There was an argument between Coco and Cardin. I didn't see who was the one to launch the first punch."

He wasn't going to say who attacked who, he didn't want to side with any of the two. So saying he didn't see who attacked first was an effective way to excuse himself from the matter, meaning he wasn't going to get himself too involved in it.

Ozpin:" Yet I find you holding Cardin by the collar, please explain why Mr. Ln."

He picked himself up from the chair, straightening his back.

Yn:" I wanted my piece, that's all."

Glynda, who was by the side of Ozpin, had her eyes immediately narrowed.

Glynda:" Don't lie to us Mr. Ln, why were you attempting to save Ms. Adel with an obvious plan. Failing miserably; did you think that would work?"

Not holding any punches back...

Yn:" Explain."

Glynda:" There were 5 security cameras pointed at the fight, three of them directly clearly having Coco being the one to start it. Walking up to him and immediately forced herself on him and punched him in the jaw. How can you be so crude Ms. Adel?"

The last sentence had her facing Coco, who turned away.

Glynda:" You are to set a standard for the first years, and instead put the bar so low they feel as if they are more mature than every sophomore here. We have taught you to use your brains, not any actions that will result in what you have done."

Ozpin:" Mr. Ln, please. We know who started it, we would just like to know why you have done what you've done. I would like this finished before you are to meet Lieutenant Schnee."

Excuse me?

Yn:" Ive done it to protect her from any trouble, is that so hard to do these days?"

Glynda:" Mr. Ln, I can hear it from your voice that you are lying. Why? Did. You. Interfere."

He kept quiet after that, eyeing her before standing up from his chair. A purple wall appeared in front of him, and he reeled back his fist punching through it surprising her. Ozpin Aswell.

Yn:" I don't need a reason to do what I did alright?"

Ozpin:" Then if you did it to protect Ms. Adel. Then wouldn't it be bad if she were to be expelled correctly?"

Coco:" What-"

Ozpin:" Ms. Adel, please. You have assaulted a student; he might not have filed any charges against you. But as the headmaster, I must take responsibility for what you've done. And so do you."

Yn:" Do what- Why must I tell,"

He turned.

Yn:" Forcing your hand isn't typically something you do Ozpin. Oh, wait..."

Ozpins stoic expression turned to a frown.

Yn:" I've already come here out of my will. So, for you to force me to do it again, it sounds like you have a habit of it. I have a month until the end of this semester. So, if you dare expel her, you will find me near the press. And on the headlines, it will show that you forced a student to enter your school just because you wished for it."
