Lexi's POV
We just landed in California. Saying goodbye to Daniel was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. But, I have to be honest. Now that we are actually in California, I am pretty excited. We live minutes away from the beach and the weather is amazing.
Once we parked, I ran inside to get the biggest room. Cassy came sprinting behind me, but I still made it up the stairs before her and picked the best bedroom. There's a walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and a balcony over looking the ocean. It is truly a beautiful view.
The sun was setting, and I was sitting on my balcony. I was looking out at the ocean. There were so many people riding the waves on surfboards. I wish I knew how to surf... Maybe I'll be able to learn now that the ocean is minutes away. Anyways, the sky was a brilliant mix of pink and orange. I wanted to get the perfect view, so I decided to take a walk down on the beach.
