Lexi's POV
There were so many people on the beach. Couples everywhere, having a romantic picnic watching the sun set. It was actually cute.
I sat in an empty spot next to a tree, facing the ocean as the sun slowly faded away. I looked to my left, and I saw a bunch of blondes and a few brunettes coming out of the ocean. Not going to lie, the one was pretty cute. He was tall, muscular, and had bright blonde hair. They were walking over to their towels. The blonde girl must've said something funny, because everybody burst into laughter. As they walked by, the really cute one looked over at the tree I was under.
Ross's POV
Today was a really good day. My siblings and I surfed all day long. I caught the biggest wave!
The sun was setting and we wanted to watch, so we quit surfing and started walking to our towels. Rydel tried talking in a British accent, which just led to mumbled language no one has ever heard before. We couldn't understand anything, but she sounded really funny. I was laughing so hard I think tears started falling out of my eyes. And then, I turned my head and saw her. She was so beautiful, just sitting under a tree, looking out at the sunset. I couldn't help but stare. I stopped walking and I think she saw me looking at her. She looked my way and smiled. Her blonde hair, green eyes, the way she smiled- everything was about her was perfect. Rocky started violently shaking me, . We all sat down on our beach towels. I had to go over and talk to her before the night was over.
