Ross's POV
Lexi left this morning and I haven't heard from her since. I dont know where we stand after last night. I wanted to talk to her, so I dropped by her house around 2 O'Clock and her mom said she wasn't home. So, I went home and into my bedroom. While watching Romeo & Juliet, all I could think about was Lexi.

I am going to ask her out. I planned the entire date out at that moment. In my head, it was perfect. It was going to be romantic and special. Now all I need to do is get her to say yes.

Lexi just texted me goodnight. I'm glad she said something instead of ignoring me all day. I texted her back, not giving any hints as to what I have planned for tomorrow.

I woke up super early. No one else in the house was awake, so I left a note for my mom. I grabbed what I needed and walked into the dark.

Perfect. The sun is just about to rise. I walked to Lexi's balcony and jumped up on to the second floor. Her light was on, implying she was already awake. I knocked on her door repeatedly. A few minutes after continuously knocking, she opened the door. Her hair was wet, but she was already dressed for the day, in shorts and a T-shirt.

"Ross! What are you doing here?" She said to me.

"Meet me out here in 5 minutes. Hurry."

"Uhhh.. O....okay." She said confused. She closed the door and I jumped back down in her yard.

Right on time, the front door opened and she walked out.

"Hey." She ran over and hugged me.

"Hi." I replied.

"Sooooo, what are we doing?"

"We are doing whatever you'd like."

"Oh really?" Lexi smiled, adding emphasis on really.

"Yes. It's your date."

"So we are on a date?"

Be smooth, Ross. "If that's what you want to call it." Real smooth...

"It is." Lexi smiled.

"Well then what would you like to do on this date?" I asked Lexi.

"How about we just chill? I want to meet your siblings."

"To my house we go." I said as we started walking. I grabbed her hand and she didn't let go.

Although I had a date planned already, it would also be nice for Lexi to meet my family. I can save that idea for the next date.

Since the sun was about to rise, we decided to make a short stop to the beach. I sat down, and she sat in between my legs. She leaned back on me, and we both stared off at the ocean. It is so beautiful. The water reflects all the colors in the sky, making it a rainbow of beautiful shades of pink, orange, and blue. I love watching sunrises and sunsets. It reminds that there will always be a new day for new things to happen. Today, is a pretty good day so far.

Lately, I've been obsessing over "Wanna Be Your Everything" again. My question, what's your favorite OLD R5 song?? Comment yours and let me know!

While you're in the comments, let me know what you want to happen when Lexi meets Ross's family! And if you like this book, give it a vote!
