Ross's POV
"It's really hot outside today", Riker screamed from the kitchen. "Do you want to go to the beach?", I replied. After various yeahs and sures, we packed up the van and started driving to my favorite beach.
"We're here", Riker said, turning the ignition off, gently shaking Rydel's shoulder to wake her up.
"Leave me alone", she replied.
I had to butt in. "But we're at the beach! Let's go!"
Her eyes shot open, as she tried unbuckling for a while. After a few minutes of frustration, Riker finally helped her, and she jumped out of the car running into the ocean. "We're at the beach!", Rydel screamed, flailing her arms in the air.
I sometimes question how Ellington doesn't lose his sanity...

I know they're short chapters, but once the story builds they'll get longer.
