It's been three days since Harry and Louis had seen Kyle in the mall and Harry was still terrified. Every sudden noise, every rustling, every movement made him jump and Louis didn't know what to do to take that fear away from him at least a little bit. He had called his lawyer and told him what had happened and Mr. Morrison had pressured the police to do something with the whole case in mind, but the answer had been the same as last time. As long as Kyle wouldn't actually do anything or break the requirements, they couldn't act. Louis had gone nuts and had yelled at Mr. Morrison to do his job and what must've happen that the police would do anything, but it didn't make a difference other than a screaming Charlie who had heard Louis' yelling and an even more frightened Harry.

"Hey, baby." Louis said softly to not startle Harry as he approached him on the couch.

Harry's head snapped over to Louis and he forced a small, weak smile on his lips before turning back to the tv. It was alarming that Harry hadn't slept since the incident and Louis just couldn't persuade him in laying down and rest. Harry's eyes were sunken and tired, his skin looked even paler than usual even after just three days and it worried Louis to bits.

"Darling, don't you want to lie down for a while? I can bring Charlie up to the bedroom and you two can rest a bit, hm?" He asked with the gentlest voice he could put on.

"I'm not tired." Harry said quietly. He snuggled against Louis' side and flung his arms around his stomach. Louis placed a kiss to his head as he pressed his cheek against his chest and brushed his hand over his back.

"You are, baby. I can see it. Just lie down a little bit and you will feel a bit better after." Louis mumbled in his hair.

"I don't want to be separated from you." Harry muttered and as if on cue a yawn escaped his lips.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Louis asked and Harry nodded tiredly.

Louis nudged Harry softly and got up, pulling him up with him in the movement. He took Charlie out of his crib who was sleeping heavily, only a grunting noise left his mouth as Louis picked him up but he didn't wake up. Together they went to the bedroom where Harry laid down on his side waiting for Louis to accompany him who lowered himself on the mattress. Harry bent his legs as he scooted over to Louis and let the older one lay their baby between himself and Harry's stomach so the three of them were laying close with no space between them.

"Sleep, darling." Louis whispered as he stroke Harry's back abstinently.

"I can't." Harry said with his eyes closed.

"Baby, I'll protect you. Nothing can happen to you, alright? I stay awake and watch over you." Louis said quietly, but with a determined voice. Harry nodded barely noticeable and within two minutes he was out cold.

Louis was just laying there watching his two boys as they were both sleeping deeply and he just prayed that everything would turn out fine eventually. He couldn't stop the thoughts of what could happen haunting him, because he knew how crazy Kyle was and he feared that he could actually want to harm them. He had no idea what he even wanted but it couldn't have been a coincidence that he had been in front of his office and after he had seen his haunting stare in the mall he had only been confirmed in his assumption.  Kyle could just want him back, but he could also want revenge for them putting him into prison, but now Charlie was also into the game and now Louis didn't have to only fear that something could happen to Harry but also to him because when Kyle had taken sight of the baby a cold shiver had ran down his spine. he had never seen a crazy look on someones face like on Kyle's and he seriously feared that he would completely lose his mind now.

Louis was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't realise he had zoned out for over an hour, he only got ripped out of it when Charlie started whining. He lifted his head and stared at his son who had his nose scrunched up and his eyes squeezed shut with his mouth open, ready to start crying.
