5 Hours before Historia and the others exited the Time Chamber...

Ethan walked around the mansion seeing pictures that Genji had took with his family ever since he was revived. One with all five of his kids as another with him sparring with his grandchildren and the last one was him with his wife on vacation. How could Genji fix all his problems in such a short period of time and why can't he even muster the words to tell them he's sorry.

Kenji: I know what you're thinking...

Ethan turned his head to see Kenji who had just recovered from the little nightmare Infernia gave him. Ethan stood quiet looking at Kenji who opened his hand revealing a broken necklace that belonged to Mio. Kenji remembered the day like it was yesterday when Genji made his way to his world and destroyed an entire city, killing thousands along with his once beloved.

Kenji: Deep down I can never forgive Genji for that day, I don't have any hatred towards his family as they are all innocent. I mean I did marry his daughter along with the fact his blood runs through my linage...

Ethan: That doesn't explain it though... how? After everything he's done, how could his family and friends... forgive him

Kenji: Simple, he earned their forgiveness it took me a long time even after Akane was born to forgive him, not truly though... Angela loved Genji so much that she could never hate him even after what's happened, his children were just happy to have their father back and his friends also took their time in forgiving him, Ethan here's the funny part, he forgave you from the start

Ethan looked up confused as Kenji went on to tell Ethan that Genji never hated him and that he understood that all he wanted was a win against him. Genji just wished that Ethan never took it so far that it came to all of this as Exedra's suffering was a product of their rivalry.

Kenji: Apologize to them while you still can Ethan, by tomorrow, we could be in the fight of our lives...

The angel hybrid walked off leaving the Dark Lord alone as he stared back at the biggest picture in the hall, a picture of everyone together, friends and family smiling, even Ethan. The dark lord turned away as his first person he should apologize to is Hellia as she would be the easiest of the three. Hellia was in the living room looking at a picture of Gojirin and her children, Ethan looked at her from afar, his daughter always wanted a child of her own but it was never possible due to her messed up absorption of her sister.

Ethan: Hello Hellia... how are you feeling?

Hellia: Hello father... why did it have to come to all of this? Why is it finally when we all are reunited it's just to fight another war? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO ESCALATE YOUR LITTLE FIGHT WITH GENJI TO SUCH EXTREME MEASURES!?

Ethan stepped back a little before seeing tears fall from Hellia's face, she was in pain, mental that is. Hellia began to cry out everything on how she suffered under the darkness, how it felt like Exedra replaced her with three other women, and how Gojirin truly got everything Hellia wanted. Such as a complete family, a husband, children, and the freedom to choose who they want to be in life as they were nothing but slaves to deal another being's problems. Before Hellia could say another word Ethan hugged her tightly.

Ethan: I'm sorry Hellia, all I wanted was just to prove that I was stronger than Genji, I never wanted anything to happen to you, I don't care if you forgive me but please know that I'm sorry for everything that's ever happened to you

Hellia's eyes filled with even more tears as she broke down crying on his shoulder hugging her father back. Ethan couldn't remember the last time Hellia cried ever since she was little when she had a nightmare.
