(SEVERAL WEEKS LATER)
(At Life Long Hospital, Elena visits her mother)
Elena: Mama! (She hugs Caitlin warmly)
Caitlin: Elena?
Elena: Yes mama, It's me. How're you feeling?
Caitlin: I'm fine now, All thanks to Dr Harrison Patel.
Elena: (looking at Harrison) Thank you so much
Harrison: You're welcome. Luckily your mom started responding to treatments in less than 2 weeks, She's a really strong woman, Elena.
Caitlin: (smiles) Thank you.
Elena: When will she be discharged?
Harrison: I can't say for sure but if she keeps on responding to treatments very quickly, She'll be discharged in no time.
Elena: Thank you so much, I really appreciate.
Harrison: My pleasure...
(Meanwhile)
(At the hotel)
(Mr Gilbert calls Nate)
Nate: Hello, Who is this?
Mr Gilbert: (over the phone) This is Gillbert, Elena's father.
Nate: Oh, Hello Sir.
Mr Gilbert: How are you and Elena?
Nate: We're doing fine.
Mr Gilbert: Nate, Please I really need your help. I need you to tell me where you and Elena are.
Nate: I'm sorry sir, I would have loved to tell you that but I'm not sure Elena would want you to know where she is.
Mr Gilbert: Listen to me boy, I know Elena's experiencing a lot of pain and sadness but the only way for all those negative emotions to go is for us to reconcile and start afresh. Believe me, I have her best interest at heart.
Nate: (he finally relents) We lodged in Semiè Hotel, It's one of the most famous hotels in Mexico City, It'll be easy to locate sir.
Mr Gilbert: Thank you so much, Nate.
Nate: You're welcome Sir.
(Later on)
(At Life Long Hospital)
Nurse: (entering her ward) Miss Caitlin, You have a visitor
Caitlin: Who is it?
Nurse: It's a man, He says he's family, I directed him to your ward, He's outside.
Caitlin: Oh okay, Let him in.
(The person turns out to be Mr Gilbert, He enters Caitlin's ward)
Caitlin: (suprised) Gilbert?
Mr Gilbert: Hey Caitlin
Caitlin: How did you find me?
Mr Gilbert: Life Long Hospital is the best hospital in Mexico City that specializes in treating mental illnesses so I figured it had to be here that Elena would bring you.
Caitlin: Okay, So why are you here? (she crosses her arms)
Mr Gilbert: (he goes down on his knees and apologizes regretfully) Caitlin please hear me out, I know I've done a terrible thing to you and to Elena in the past and it has haunted me for years, I truly regret all of my despicable vile actions. I'm sincerely sorry and I hope you find a place in your heart to forgive me...
(To his utmost surprise, Caitlin smiles at him)
Caitlin: It's alright, I forgive you
Mr Gilbert: (surprised) You've forgive me?
