(In Elena's ward)
Elena: (angrily) What the h€ll are you doing here?
Cassandra: I came to see you
Elena: When did they let you out of the lunatic asylum?
Cassandra: About two weeks ago.
Elena: And why are you here?
Cassandra: Don't sound so surprised. I have a heart. I heard what happened to you.
Elena: So have you come here to gloat over my predicament?
Cassandra: Ohh, No, no, no d@rling. I just came to express my condolences, I can't imagine all the terrible things you must have through in the hands of your kidnappers, I feel sorry for you
Elena: Well I'll be fine
Cassandra: Whatever! Maybe the universe is trying to send you a message...
Elena: What message?
Cassandra: That you and Vincent aren't meant to be together! He deserves someone better... Like me
Elena: Really?
Cassandra: Yes d@rling. And as long as you and Vincent are together, You'll never experience true happiness, Elena Gilbert! It's not a threat but a promise!
Elena: No matter what happens, Vincent and I will always be together
Cassandra: Argh! This is my problem with you! You're so over confident and it pisses me off! (smirks) Aren't you scared I could do something nasty to you? You know it's just the two of us in the room!

(Cassandra slowly walks towards Elena)
Elena: (frightened) Cassandra, What are you about to do...
Cassandra: (maniacally) I'm about to teach you a lesson!
(Cassandra suddenly grabs hold of Elena's neck and strangles her)

(Outside the hospital)
(Orora accidentally bumps into Ted)
Orora: Oh my, I didn't mean to... I'm so so sorry, Pardon my clumsiness.
Ted: No It's alright, It was my fault. I should have focused more on where I was going
Orora: That's okay (she recognizes him) Hey, Wait a minute... You're Ted Walker
Ted: Yeah I am, You know me?
Orora: Yes. You helped us to rescue Elena from her abductors... I'm her cousin, Orora
Ted: It's nice to meet you, I came by to give Elena a few presents
Orora: Oh, I also came by to drop her food
Ted: In that case, We'll go in together?
Orora: (smiling) Sure, No problem
(Meanwhile)
(In Elena's ward)
(Cassandra is still strangling Elena and covering her mouth at the same time, To prevent her from screaming & this also prevents her from fighting back)
Cassandra: (enraged) You b@stard fisherwoman! You ruined my life and blocked all my opportunities!
Elena: (struggling to talk) Let... Me... Go
Cassandra: No! You're gonna d!e here and I don't care if I go to jail after this. At least I'll be happy that I've finally succeeded in killing you!
