About a week after I moved into the dorms classes started. This entire week has been nothing but Kirishima trying to drag me out of my room and try to get to know eachother and shit like that, or at least that's how it was when I wasn't at work. I was sick of it already. I'm not interested in getting to know this guy on a friend level. I'm here to get my degree and that's it, everything else will get in the way.
When my alarm went off I slowly rose out of bed, walking to my closet to grab clothes before going to the bathroom to change and get ready for my classes. Seeing as it's my first semester I was given a lot of basic classes like math, english, history, etc. The one class that was actually relevant to my major and that I was actually looking forward to was psychology.
Ever since I was a kid I've been really into the human psyche and trying to understand everything that had to do with psychology. I find it really interesting and I'm actually really happy that it's one of the first classes that I get to take. The only thing that sucks is that it's my 3rd and last class of the day, meaning I have to get through all the other bullshit first. Plus, I only have it Tuesdays and Thursdays, even worse.
Once I finished getting ready I grabbed my bookbag off the ground and flung it onto my back as I walked to the kitchen. "Morning Bakugo! I made you breakfast." Kirishima said when he saw me walk into the room.
I sighed but walked over to him, accepting the sandwich he made. "Thanks." I mumbled before walking out the door, just wanting to get to class.
My first class of the day was english, or college composition as they called it. I was always fairly decent when it came to writing essays and that kinda shit so I wasn't all that worried about it.
When I walked into the room I noticed a very familiar head of green hair, instantly feeling my blood start to boil. I marched over to him, taking the seat next to him. "What the hell are you doing here Deku?" I asked in a very quiet but stern voice.
Deku held his hands up in defence, "S-Sorry Kacchan. This was just the closest and most affordable college to attend so I decided to come here." He explained.
I was about to say something else when the professor walked into the room. "Sit down please. My name is Yamada Hizashi, I'll be your college comp teacher this semester." He began saying. I honestly tuned him out the second he started talking, he was kind of loud and it was hurting my ears.
As the class went on I shot Deku multiple death glares but attempted to focus on the work and not how pissed I was that Deku was here. The second Professor Yamada dismissed class I bolted out of there, not wanting to talk to anybody and only focusing on getting to my next class which took place directly after english.
My second class today was history, which I could honestly care less about. I barely paid attention to a word the professor was saying in all honesty. I only put my attention forward when worksheets were handed out and that's all I planned to do this entire semester.
Once history let out I had an hour break before ny psychology class started so I went to the cafeteria, deciding it to be a decent idea to get food. I went into the building and got into a random line, just wanting to eat and head off afterwards. This, of course, didn't happen as my idiotic red haired roommate approached me. "Hey Bakugo! Let's have lunch together!" He called out, basically giving me no opportunity to shut him down.
I ended up spending the next 45 minutes with Kirishima. Though I finished eating after 10 I figured it was the best way to kill time until my class started. The conversation actually turned out to be somewhat decent, catching me slightly off guard. When it came time for me to head out I said my goodbyes to Kirishima, actually kind of sad to cut our conversation short.
When I got to my psychology class the first thing I did was analyze the people in the room. I quickly took note of some purple haired kid sleeping in the back of the room. I scoffed, noting that he probably wasn't going to take this class seriously. Though, it's his money to waste I guess.
Class started a couple minutes later, the professor rolling into the class slightly late. "My name is Aizawa Shota, I'll be teaching you guys psychology and all that stuff throughout the semester. For this first day I simply want you guys to fill out a form so I can get to know you all slightly better. I'll hand out the form and you can get started, when you finish class will be dismissed and we'll start actual class next Tuesday." Professor Aizawa explained.
I found it a little odd that he didn't want to start class on Thursday but dismissed it knowing that he probably had a good reason. Once I recieved my form I looked it over. It was all the basic stuff, my name, pronouns, year, major, etc. I filled out every question with as much detail as possible in hopes of showing that I was serious about this class.
I finished the form after about 20 minutes. When I finished I walked it up to the professor, him thanking me and telling me I can leave. I went back to my seat and grabbed my bag, taking one last glance at the purple haired kid who was still sleeping in the back of the classroom.
After leaving class I went right back to my dorm, wanting nothing but to relax for the rest of the day. The second I opened the door I saw Kirishima on the couch. He looked at me with a smile, "Hey Bakugo, how was class?"
"Fine, didn't really do much today." I replied, throwing my bag to the ground and sitting down next to him. Kirishima continued on with the questions and kept conversation going. As he was talking I rested my head against the back of the couch and took in the sound of his voice, somehow relaxing as he continued talking. I weirdly feel like I could get used to this.
