"And at last, the almighty Grace who will save us is here with us."

"Goddess Deidamia, welcome to the wonderful world."

"We express our devotion and reverence to Deidamia, the Goddess of life and death."

When no sounds from with the newborn were certainly heard, everyone bowed down. Nevertheless, she showed the world a youthful glow as she just showed up.

"How far have you gone this time, Lady Deidamia?"

"Hahahahaha! Catch me if you can!"

"Your father will definitely punish me!"

"All right, all right, I'll come down!"

A pretty young Goddess appeared right out of the blue. Despite the fact that her clothing was stained, she was still howling with laughter.

"Oh my," a woman exclaimed, "what did you do again? Why are your clothes filled with mud?"

The young Goddess murmured, "Tone it down. You won't be held accountable," as she flicked her fingers and her dressing switched swiftly.

"No more pranks, Deidamia; starting this day on, you must heed more attention on learning all of the library's literature."

"But, father—"

"No buts."

The young Goddess sighed as she obeyed her father and walked straight to the library to read everything.

Deidamia is the Goddess of life and death, not just an ordinary Goddess. She bears just about all the powers which any God or Goddess would. Her lifeblood, being the sole descendent of the primordial God, is the genesis of the other divinities' powers. She will, anytime soon, be the only one to save the entire realms, to uphold law and order, and to usher in a new beginning.

"Get out of here!"

The young Goddess chuckled and then the little beast faded away with a sweep of her fingers.

"You appear to have been of royal lineage, but you do not really seem to be prepared to handle even just a tiny beast," the young Goddess teased.

The young Lord approached her and held her gently.

The young Lord said, "Thank you for rescuing me."

As he separated the hug, he murmured, "What is your name, young Goddess?"

Before she disappeared without a trace, the young Goddess whispered, "Deidamia."

"Where have you gone to again Deidamia?"

The young Goddess responded, "Father, I didn't do any pranks this day. I apparently went to the woods to rescue someone."

Her father took a deep breath as he stepped aside to introduce her some more divinities of her generation.

"This is Drefan, and this is Ophelia; you will study alongside them from this day forward." Her father explained.

The young Goddess' expression lighted up as she realized she would at last have a few companions.

God Alastor, who is also one of them, emerged soon after. They born and brought up together and told to prepare around each other to combat the realms' impending chaos.

The Goddess Ophelia baited Deidamia, "Tell me, there must be something going on between you and Drefan?"

"What? No! We're good friends." The Goddess Deidamia protested, her face blushing.
