ZILLA
I had hoped that this fight would be over ahead of time, but I think in this case not. I do not know how or when these two developed such tremendous power that even we could not really easily destroy them.
"You're a royal of the heavenly kingdom Princess Ariella, how then can you allow this to happen?" Lord Lowell said as he brushed the blood from his lips.
I gave him the side-eye while using my powers to treat his serious injuries. I also put an attempt to add up his powers.
I have usually needed greater power, so it is kind of unusual for me to be the one who transfers it to others after he did this sort of thing to me back then too.
"I am also the ruler of the Grimtol Fort." Princess Ariella responded.
With that kind of statement from her, I secretly grinned. What worthy of praise to have been the evilness' ruler? I never imagined she might well take great pride in having committed these kinds of heinous crimes.
"Funny, you exactly know that you can't represent both of those realms." I said to her.
She gave me an infuriated expression as she made her way back to me.
Ariella scoffed at me and said, "But that's what you are doing now."
"It's because I'm always in the middle part, helping those who are in need and punishing those who deserve it." I replied.
I could very well protect them as well if the divinities dared to harm the demon realm. Matter of fact, the gods and demons used to be great friends and lived nearby. However, other individuals just have a too much thirst for greed, power, and authority, so some stayed and lived this way by stirring up mayhem and betrayal.
The most upsetting and horrible facet of this is that innocent lives always end up suffering. They would be somewhere in the middle, a sacrificial who gives up themselves in an endeavor to finally put an end to all the forces of evil.
I chuckled a bit when Ariella said, "Say that all you want, but the truth is you just want power."
"I spent the entirety of my life as little more than a weak and vulnerable divinity, but I have never yearned for any such much like evils like you wanted to." I reminded her.
She was just about to strike me, but before I had a chance of defending myself, a barrier had already enveloped me.
When I turned around, I noticed Lord Red using his abilities to shield me.
"How arrogant of you." Ariella said, "You really love to get everyone's attention and love."
I rolled my eyes at her and said, "Do not even try and make it look as if I am the same as you. I would just not want that to. Sickening."
Ariella stared at Lord Lowell, who then turned to face me, saying, "You got the man I have truly loved for a good number of years."
And once again she drew my attention, and this time I witnessed her gently slashing her palm and forcing it to start bleeding. But that's how I worked my powers. What a robbery!
"You are originally born to have the light of the very first star in the heaven—to rule all the realms." She proceeded as she stared at me with tears in her eyes.
"It isn't as though I desired it—"
She swooped in and said, "You could've just ended up dead!" as she prepared to strike me.
