ZILLA

I spent the entire evening contemplating about what I uncovered and being taken by surprise by what I heard. I just really don't believe it to be true and somehow still think it was a crazy dream, but I can't. I can't let this go; this led someone to a tragic death.

I had a plan in place and hoped it would succeed. But I am not sure if I can do it on my own or if I could actually do it.

Aella appeared from out of nowhere said, "Zilla, they are here."

I can't really help but fixate my eyes on her.

Aella continued, "They promised they wanted to resolve everything out," but I did not say anything and just glared at her.

She approached me and gave me a troubled expression as she did so.

"You look ghostly pale, are you okay?" She whispered.

She was poised to actually touch me, but I quickly shooed her hands away, surprising her.

I apologized and said, "I just don't feel well enough at the moment. I'm sorry."

She chuckled nervously and pulled away from me.

"I'm sorry. Uh, do you need anything then?" She asked.

But I just shrugged my shoulders.

"Where are they?" I questioned her.

"They are in the Charhelm Palace." She responded.

I flashed her a nod as I fetched my scimitar.

"You may go ahead. I just need to drop by somewhere for a little while." I told her.

"Would you like me to accompany you—"

"No. I want to go there by myself. I will be at the Charhelm Palace on time. Tell them to wait for me a little more." I cut her off.

She uncomfortably smiled and waved as she walked out of the room.

Although it doesn't seem fitting, I do want to be likely to succeed. I beg for the Primordial God's blessing on whichever I do.

Before I went there, I double-checked to make sure Aella had indeed left, and when I no longer felt her existence, I ended up going.

I went to a place with high hopes of discovering something there that would validate my speculation. If something unexpected happens with the discussion today, at least I will have standby facts.

She called out to me, "Zilla."

When I saw her, my eyes grew bigger.

"What's all this?" I gasped and questioned.

I rushed to her right away and began cutting the chains on her wrists and feet even though I couldn't comprehend what I was seeing at the moment.

"Zilla, I—"

"I know. I'm still surprised, but I believe I could try figuring everything out. I just need to get you out of here first." I responded.

I was able to free her, and I also used my powers to restore her much strength and power. Her body just seems so fragile and also was wrapped in bruises.

"I'll keep you somewhere protected, I have had to get to the Charhelm Palace now." I assured her.

I embraced her and comforted her as I flicked my fingers to get her somewhere safe.
