The past few mornings you've been spending time in Mr Kay's room with the others since you didn't really like sticking with people who didn't seem to like you. You were talking with Tori when Bronk came in and put Caswell in a head lock.

"Seems like you woke up on the right side of the bed," Tori smiled.

"Every side is the right side this morning," Bronk smiled. "This here is why!"

You and Tori looked at the duel pad.

"That's right, I completely forgot that was coming up," you said.

"That explains it!" Tori smiled.

"You bet it does Tori this is going to be the best duel tournament ever!" Bronk exclaimed. Caswell then started explaining the benefits of winning.

"And you'll really flip when you hear the next part! Mr Heartland himself promised to make the world duel carnival winners wish come true! No matter what!" Flip exclaimed.

"Really?" Tori exclaimed.

"I already know my wish it's going to be a wish for a hundred more wishes!" Flip smiled.

"I don't know if they would allow that," you replied.

"So who all is competing?" Tori asked.

Flip, Bronk, Caswell, and Cathy all pulled out there heart pieces.

"So everyone's in this!" Tori smiled.

"Not everyone," Yuma said from the door way. Astral just on the other side.

"Huh, what do you mean? Surely you're competing," Caswell said. Yuma looked absolutely defeated.

"Who me? I'm passing," Yuma said.

"Since when do you pass on dueling?" Tori asked.

"Since today! When the post man road right past my house without giving me that heart piece! Now the only flow I feel is the flow of tears!" Yuma cried.

"Yuma you are embarrassing me and I'm invisible," Astral said.

"That's how I feel! Invisible to the world!" Yuma cried.

"I don't get it. Why would you be the only one left out?" Tori asked. "Does Astral have any idea what might of happened?"

"They probably require all entrants to have some skill," Astral said.

"That's harsh," you said as you looked at Astral, but deep down you were trying your best not to laugh.

"Will someone please give me a hug!?!?!" Yuma cried.

You sighed and kneeled down next to Yuma and hugged him tightly.

"We'll figure this out together. Don't lose hope yet," you said softly. Yuma calmed down almost instantly.

"How do you always do that? The second I hug you I always feel calm," Yuma commented as you pulled away. "Hey you all should try giving Y/n a hug!"

"Yuma focus! Did you register?" Caswell now snapped Yuma back to reality.

"Did I register?" Yuma echoed.

"You know on the app? Through the website?" Caswell asked as he pulled up the site.

"I kind of thought it was a cool little picture, hehe," Yuma said nervously.

"Yuma quit mopping just apply right now!" Tori said.

"Oh yeah," Yuma went to typing his info.

"Thank you for applying! But registration is closed! Better luck next year!" Heartland exclaimed. Then full speed Yuma just ran. You were hot on his trail with the others lagging behind you two. You were cut off by Shark and his motorcycle.
