Warnings: Xue Yang has had enough!
"Please tell me you're fucking kidding me!" Was Xue Yang's reaction to what Wei Ying had just related to him on the phone.
"No, it is not a joke," Wei Ying confirmed his worst suspicions.
"Dude, what's wrong with you? Why aren't you normal?" Xue Yang all but whined on the phone.
"What do you mean?" Wei Ying asked him.
Wei Ying had called Xue Yang in panic. He woke up just to realize how rudely he had behaved towards Lan Zhan the previous night. He wanted to apologize and to talk to him. He needed to understand Lan Zhan's reasons for decking Wen Xu, but before he could even leave his room he heard some familiar voices entering his room from the window. It was Mianmian saying: "good morning Lan Zhan!"
Sadly, he missed Lan Zhan since he got into Nie Mingjue's car and left their home. Feeling like crap for his behavior last night, the only idea in his mind was to call his best friend and tell him everything.
"I mean, come on! How could you be so rude to him, Dude? I'm saying this as a total non-fan of Bitchface, but just imagine how hard it must have been for him to apologize! Just from what you said he uttered a large number of words for his standards. He could be declared legally mute! That was harsh dude!"
Xue Yang was right and Wei Ying felt like crap. He had been so confused by Lan Zhan's behavior last night that he wasn't thinking straight. He had behaved horribly towards Lan Zhan who had sincerely apologized and was willing to do the same with Xue Yang and Wen Xu. Crap!
"I... "Wei Ying tried to give Xue Yang an explanation when he heard a cracking sound.
"Oh!" Xue Yang exclaimed, "...can't hear you well..."
"Are you crunching an empty chips' bag and pretending there is some kind of interference?" Wei Ying asked.
The lengthy silence that followed up his question was the answer he was looking for, "of course not," Xue Yang finally mumbled.
"Xue Yang!"
"The car is about to enter a tunnel, I'm losing..." and the call ended all of the sudden.

Xue Yang was beyond frustrated. This was bad. This could end everything. It was not acceptable. Not under his watch. Desperate times call for desperate measures and he was not above playing dirty.
Determined, he reached a decision. He was going to save his boy from himself.
It pained him, but it was necessary. He shook his boyfriend who had been peacefully asleep and brusquely woke him up.
"Baby, I need your help."
"What? What is it?" Wen Xu woke up disoriented.
"I need you to call your cousin Wen Qing!" Xue Yang exclaimed, determined.

Lan Zhan sat a bit uncomfortable in front of his best friends. They were at their favorite table in their favorite restaurant for breakfast. Nie Mingjue was obviously following Mianmian's lead but he still felt scrutinized.
"Okay," oddly enough it was Nie Mingjue who broke the silence.
"Talk to us, Lan Zhan. We are here to help," he tried to sound all understanding and comforting, but he just sounded awkward.
