2011 AGE : 25 YEARS OLD
Hailey entered the New York SHIELD base and she put down her suitcases. A lady quickly came to her and offered her to take care of her suitcases while she'd be there. Hailey quickly recognized her as an infiltrated Hydra agent. Just a reminder Hydra was still in her life.
She hadn't been to New York for almost a year. After moving to L.A, she just never came back to the city and she always got on missions far away. And then Tony wanted them to go on a trip together which they did. They traveled through Europe, in the most of the big cities.
Then she got muted to Washington, D.C., which meant she had to find another place, then move in and then she's had to convince Tony that moving somewhere else wasn't a bad thing.
"Hailey Margaret Stark, finally back in the city"
She turned around and smiled when she saw Phil Coulson. Phil had become attached to Hailey since the first time he'd seen her and he was really nice to her.
"Phil Coulson, my favorite SHIELD agent" she said as she hugged him tight.
"Careful, Romanoff could be hearing us"
"Nat's here ?" Hailey asked.
She hadn't seen her best friend in a year, they called each other almost every day but it wasn't the same.
"No, she's not. She's on a mission in New Mexico. Come on, Nick is waiting for you"
Hailey sighed and followed Phil in an elevator. But, as expected, they weren't going up in Nick's office. They were going to the one of the lowest floor of the building.
"Where are we going, Phil ?"
Phil seemed excited about this even if he was trying to hide it.
"You look like you're about to meet Captain America" Hailey scoffed.
Phil looked at her and raised an eyebrow.
"Are you a mind reader ? We should put you up for interrogations"
"What does that mean ?"
"They found a ship in the ice. There was someone in it"
"Someone in the ship that was in the ice ? For how long has he been in there ? He must've been freezing"
"For 70 years"
Her mouth opened in shock and she widened her eyes. "I'm sorry... what ?"
"In 1943, Captain America had to put down the ship he was in in the ice or it was going to explode. He's been frozen for 70 years"
"Couldn't he have jumped off the plane ?" she mumbled.
