TONIGHT was the big night; prom.
Students in North's school had no class on Monday, giving them time to prepare for the following day.
North and her parents had spent all of Monday styling her hair and accessorizing her dress.
Tuesday had arrived soon enough and once North had gotten back from school, she went straight to getting ready.
It was after North had gotten out of the shower when Vi had arrived at her place.
She told Vander and her siblings that she was simply going to go hang out with North for the day to help her with a 'big event.' She claimed it was a personal dealwith North's family and North had asked Vi to come along for support.
The others seemed to have bought it.
North opened the balcony door and let Vi inside, her free hand holding up her towel. "Perfect timing." She said.
"All right, what's first on the agenda?" Vi asked.
"First, you should go shower real quick. I'll get you your clothes right now." North suggested. "Hop to it, let's go."
"All right." Vi complied, heading into the bathroom and shutting the door.
While Vi was in the bathroom, North got both her dress and Vi's suit out of the closet.
North undid her towel from her body and took her sparkly black dress off its hanger. Quickly enough, she got changed into her attire before taking the suit off its hanger and folding all the clothes.
Then, North put the clothes into a pile and carried it into the bathroom, knocking on the door before going inside.
"Your clothes." She announced.
Upon entering, steam from the hot running water breezed by North, warming her skin.
North looked to the side as she placed the pile by the sink, noticing Vi's silhouette behind the glass shower doors.
Raising her eyebrows instantly, North was quick to leave the bathroom and shut the door.
"Don't think about it, don't think about it, don't think about it..." She repeated to herself as she searched for the rest of her outfit.
