Levi gave her an assuring smile, "I think you should let go of the bad memories and hold onto the good ones. It's for the best!". Joanne nodded and left.
After breakfast, Joanne was sitting on the sofa watching TV in the living room. Jishin arrived and held a file in front of her face, blocking her vision. She looked up at him, irritated. "This is a prototype of the contract. Read it thoroughly and see if they're okay". She took the file and started reading faithfully, moving her lips silently. He sat down beside her, watching her caught up in reading. She said, looking at the papers, "I need a few changes here...more like, (turned towards him) I want to add a few points". He kept staring at her, and said after a few seconds, "Write them on the last page". She wrote them and also explained them to him, "First: whenever you give me a target, I'll do a background check on them beforehand to know that you're not setting it up, and second: umm....(hesitant) I should have the same privileges as the other members of your boyband, 'cause I still feel like a prisoner here". Hearing her last line, Jishin snapped out of his trance, and squinted his eyes at her. She shifted away her gaze, said nervously, "Umm.. I want to feel like I'm with my family in my own home". His eyes grew big and his gaze softened. Then he grabbed her chin with his left hand, turned her face towards him and kissed her softly. It was too sudden for her to realise, and her face turned red. Just then, Yujun was coming down the stairs, into the living room and saw the scene and accidentally dropped his bag. Joanne flinched at that sound, pushed Jishin away and dashed out of there. Jishin was also flustered seeing Yujun there, and pretended like nothing happened, "Oh hey Yujun!". Yujun picked up his bag and walked out of there without replying to him or even looking at him. Jishin was confused at Yujun's moodyness and said to himself, "What's up with him?!". He then went to give the file to Seoyun to make changes.
After that brief incident between Joanne and Jishin, she avoided him as much as possible.
After a couple of days.
During breakfast, everyone was eating at the dining table. Suddenly Joanne shouted at a keeper who was in the kitchen, "Youn, aren't there any tomatoes in the fridge?" He came forward and bowed, "I'm sorry, M'lady, there aren't". She sighed, "OK, I'll go buy some then". After she had done her breakfast, she approached Youn, and asked him to make a list of kitchen supplies needed. She then walked towards the door to leave, just then Jishin said to her, "Come, I'll drop you at the store on my way". "No need for that". She tried to ignore him. He noticed that and grabbed her hand, "Why are you avoiding me?". She pulled her hand out of his grip, and answered aggressively, "Stop toying with me! I'm not your muse!" and stormed out of the house. Jishin and the others present there were shocked at what had just happened. Jishin was a bit offended too and left without saying anything.
