My hands were held tightly behind my back as I was dragged through the Reaper tunnels. Men in hazmat suits surrounded me, and they seemed careful not to get a tear in their suits.

I was dazed by the gas and couldn't fight my way out. My eyes were heavy and I struggled to pick up my feet.

We reached the end of the tunnel where four Grounders were put on their knees, and I was forced to the ground next to them. Reapers stood in a line, and one by one, a man injected a red liquid into their necks, and then a woman came out wearing a hazmat suit.

Mountain Men.

The Grounders looked at me confused about how no one in the 12 clans could catch me but the Mountain Men could.

The woman studied the first man and said, "Harvest." She moved to the second one. "Harvest." All five of us were labeled for harvest.

Before we were led away, the man studied me. "She has a blood defect, are you sure we want her for harvest?"

The lady nodded. "We've only had one other outsider with that blood and it was way more efficient than anything else," she explained. "Take them to decontamination."

We were forced to our feet and led through the door to our right. We were again checked for any weapon, which neither of us had.

We were stripped of our clothes and a metal collar was placed around our necks chaining us to a wall. We were made to put our hands on the wall in front of us and they put chains around our wrists, and then boiling water was sprayed over us.

Every time the water came into contact with someone's body, it could be heard that they were holding in a scream. Then, they scrubbed a white powder onto our skin. It irritated my open scars and wounds and hurt even more when they doused me again with the water.

I didn't make a sound, unlike the others. I needed to show the Mountain Men that I was tough. When they were done decontaminating us, we each received a shot in our left arm, and then a small item, almost like a pill, was shot into the back of our throats which we were forced to swallow.

We received a second shot further up our arms and they scrubbed us once more, but this time, the brush they used broke open scars, and blood mixed with water drained into the holes below us.

The effects of the second shot started to show and it made us drowsy. "This one needs to be prepped for Maya's treatment," the lady said and pointed at me. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in a cage.

My body felt weak, and I saw small scars on my body where it looked like blood had been extracted.

I finally looked at my surroundings and saw more than just one cage. There were hundreds, each of them with a Grounder locked inside. I tried to get a sense of where I was, but this must've been a harvest chamber.

To my left was a metal door. The way out. What caught my attention the most was the machinery near the door. The screen was something I'd seen on the Ark. I wasn't quite sure what it was used for, but I could assume it was used to measure heart rate.

"Fragheda has finally been defeated," a voice said. I looked across from my cage to see Anya in another cage. I took note of what she was wearing. It gave these people easy access to her skin. I was wearing the same thing. "Just got here and they already bled you."

I scoffed and slumped back in my cage. "Kamp skafa raun(Go to hell)."

I looked around and saw no sign of my sister. "The last time they had a Nightblood here, he was dead within two days," Anya told me. I knew she was trying to scare me because she's never been here before and wouldn't know anything about the last Nightblood they had.

When the lady came into the room, she scanned the cages. I stayed silent, but she still went straight for me. She reached into my cage, and I fought with her, kicking her hand, but she managed to inject a drug into my body, and almost immediately, I was out.

I didn't know what happened while I was out, but I felt weaker each time I woke up. I eventually lost count, and even though everyone else was seeing how weak I was, they were happy it wasn't them.

They were using my blood to treat their people, so I could only imagine what they were going to do to the rest of my people.

It got to the point where I could barely hold my head up and I was lying in the fetal position in my cage. I didn't know how long I'd been in the cage, but considering how weak I was, I assumed it was days.

I wanted to know if Clarke was there, but I couldn't spot her in any of the cages, which I thought was a good thing. She's probably already searching for Ark survivors with Bellamy and Finn. She might not even realize I'm missing, or maybe she does and is trying to find me.

When the doctor came back in, I didn't even try to fight it when she gave me the drug. I was out in the blink of an eye.

The next time I woke up, it was sudden and forced. I took deep breaths but they soon slowed when I realized I wasn't in my cage, and standing in front of me was Clarke. My body was hanging upside down. Tubes stuck to my sides and arms, and my blood was flowing through one tube and someone else's was flowing through another.

Someone else's blood is flowing through my body.

"Enyo?"
