book two: Ariel's Time

Ariel Pov

When we returned home mom and dad were a little overwhelmed to say the least about me having two mates. Dad was more furious that I mated with one of them so soon, but I couldn't tell them the reason why. The only one that knows the reason is Magnus sister, James, and Troy and that is how its going to be. Venus the moon goddess didn't want anyone to know so I hope she will forgive us for just telling these two people. I believe Troy would be ok cause he's my twin but on Magnus sister who knows. No one knows Magnus is also a hybrid quite yet only Troy and James, and my grandparents by mistake. Magnus dad still wants to keep it on the down low until all of this is over. But everyone knows about Troy mate being a hybrid that got our grandparent all wired, with the new books showing up they are going through all of them and going through all our history books scared there is more things they do not know about. I hated lying to my family but I need to respect my mates families decision it wasn't mine to tell and I was glad he was ok with me telling Troy without asking first.

On the side note we figured out a way to get the vampires and Witches here. Grandma taught me and Troy a transportation portal spell.  So once we get the ok from both sides that they are ready we will do the spell. They will get in undetected and no one will be able to see or know that they have been here. Uncle Jeff did agree to make sure no spies were in our pack and thankfully there was none. 

"Hey Ariel my dad is ready to get here." Magnus said bringing me out of my thoughts. I nodded at him and walked over to Troy. 

"Hey bro, are the witches ready?" I asked. He was focused on our cousins who were training their magic along side the warriors. Jennifer was getting her ass kicked by Ariana. 

"This isn't a fair fight! Ariana has more experience than me Troy! Why not pair me up with Zen or Oliver?" Jennifer asked growling in frustration. 

"Jennifer we have been over this! There is nothing fair on what we are going up against. Ariana is your best chance on getting better so quit whining!" Troy growled in return. 

"We didn't get the same training your family did TROY!! We weren't as special so sorry we are not up to your expectations!" She threw her wand down and stomped away. 

"Jennifer!" Troy called out but she ignored him. He turned back around looking at me in frustration ready to snap. 

"I don't know how they expect them to be prepared for this fight in less then 3 months! I get it its a good amount of time to train but she's right they weren't trained or taught like us. If our grandparents didn't favoritism we wouldn't be in this fucking mess!" 

"Calm down, Everyone is just a little stressed that is all. We are all under pressure here, we just need to.." I was interrupted by Troy phone going off and he pulled it out answering it. I looked back at my cousins and siblings training and so far so good. Cody needs to work on his timing a little, Chris needs to work on his wand movements, and Zen needs to work on her feet movements. 

"Its the witches they are ready. The vampires are they ready?" 

"Yea they have been ready for about five minutes now." I told him. 

"Ok lets get this barrier up then we can open the portal." I nodded my head at him as we joined hands. "Et, Commovebuntur." We chanted and you could see the pink and blue lights start circling up around us telling us the spell is working. We chanted two more times before finishing the spell. 

"Ok, that's done. We can do the portal spell now. You get the vampires I got the witches." Troy told me. I nodded my head and walked to the other side of the field. Closing my eyes I started chanting the portal spell.
