Today yung last campaign nila dad or should I say meting de avance.
We arrived to the venue and I saw a lot of people waiting for my dad and his partner running for presidency. They started out the program and it seems okay and fun naman dahil ramdam mo yung support nila.
Naging masaya lang yung program and everything went well.
"Ang init." bulong ko kay kuya Sandro.
"You're gonna used to it." he said akala mo naman di narin siya naiirita sa init.
Overall we really enjoyed.
In the next day it's a normal day dahil no more campaign bawal na.
"Sirene, let's go!" kuya Sandro said eto na naman siya galit na naman.
"Why are you always in a hurry?!" asik ko sa kanya eh paano laging nagmamadali eh.
"Are you ready to go to Ilocos?" dad asked me when I get down.
"Yes dad namiss ko narin ang ilocos."
9 AM ang alis namin papuntang ilocos with my family dahil doon sila tomorrow boboto for election.
And it's only 7:30 am palang at nag mamadali na si Sandro Marcos.
After we ate breakfast, we immediately get inside the car na. Private plane gagamitin namin to go back to ilocos today.
After an hours of flight we just landed safely at Laoag Airport.
May mga sumalubong samin doon but still we need to act normally lang dahil syempre bawal na campaign. Dapat nga early yung flight namin pabalik dito eh kaso nagkaroon lang ng problema kaya naging 9 AM na it's too late na. Iniiwasan kasi namin yung maraming tao.
"I missed this place!" I said and immediately went to the garden.
"Naimbag na malem." (Good afternoon.) bati samin ng mga helpers namin dito.
"Naimbag na malem manang!" (Good afternoon ate.) I gladly said.
"Ay apo Sirene dalaga ka na. Nakapinpintas ka." (You're so beautiful.)
"Agyamanak manang." (Thank you ate.) I said.
"Ay ma'am and sir ready na po yung lunch ma'am."
"Mom, dad may aayusin lang ako sa room ko." paalam ni kuya Sandro and our parents nodded.
"Mangan tayo manang."
(Kumain na kayo?) dad asked them.
"Wen, nalpas. Agyamanak sir at ma'am." (Opo, tapos na po. Salamat sir at ma'am.)
Then we started to eat hanggang sa bumalik na si kuya Sandro.
"Manang, the foods is so delicious." kuya Vinny said.
"Ania atoy? Naimas!" (Ano ito? masarap!) I said.
"Daytoy ti Bicol express, Ilocano-style. Ginisa a karne ti baboy, ginettaan ken nalaokan ti adu a sili." manang explained.
"Ah this one it's dinengdeng right? everyone's favorite. How about this one?" kuya Sandro asked.
"That's dinardaraan sir also known as dinuguan."
"Okay ti naimas."
After we ate nag pahinga na kami but gusto ko sana pumunta sa beach kaya niyaya ko sila kuya Vinny and kuya Simon.
"I hope everything will be worth it." I said while seated in sands and watching the waves.
"It will be fine Si." kuya Simon said.
"Do you both guys think daddy will win?" kuya Vinny asked us.
"We're hoping for that." kuya Simon answered.
"Everyone hopes for their bet candidate will win. So we need to pray." I said.
Nakaupo lang kami sa sands dito sa dagat while watching the sunset. Nasa gitna lang nila ako and I lay my head to kuya Simon's shoulder.
Ganto lang buhay namin before sobrang simple lang papasok kami sa school then lagi kami nandito sa dagat. Lagi kaming may family day halos libutin namin tong ilocos norte. Pinupuntahan pa namin si dad sa capitol before and we're going to Jollibee.
