SIRENE'S POV

I arrived to Bella's house dahil magkakaroon kami ng all girls day bonding daw dito sa place ni Bella nasa Japan daw kasi parents niya.

"Bella!"

"Omg finally you're here!" she excitedly said.

"Hi Sirene!" Caity said.

"Sirene!" Allison said.

"It's seems you all guys really missed me huh." I jokey said and we all laughed.

We starting to have some chitchat together.

"I will cook for all of you." I suggested.

"Really? so what is that?" Bella asked.

"Sinigang." I said.

"Is that a Filipino dish?" Allison asked.

"Yes." I answered so their eyes got bigger.

"Omg! I'm so excited!" Caity said.

"Aw I already missed the Philippines." Bella said.

"You missed the Philippines or you just miss Simon?" Allison sarcastically said.

"Hey! stop right there woman! I missed the culture of the Philippines that's it!" Bella said.

So we all laughed lang.

While I was cooking nag kekwentuhan parin kaming apat dito.

"Are you and Apollo already together?" Caity out of nowhere said.

Nagulat naman ako eh hindi na nga nagpaparamdam sakin si Apollo eh.

"A-aah no we're not yet." I said.

"But you both still have a communication to each other?"

"Y-yeah lately." I said.

"I saw him yesterday he's with a girl and I thought it was you."

"Really where?"

"In the mall and she's with a 2 ladies, the other lady that really looks familiar to me and I forgot where I met that girl." Caity said.

"To be honest our communication lately is rough and I don't know why."

"So suspicious..." Bella said.

"I think Apollo is not into you." agad agad na saad ni Allison.

"Allison!" sabay na saad ni Bella at Caity.

I just smiled.

"I think Allison is right." I said.

"Hey I'm a team SiPollo." Bella said pouted.

"Yeah me too." Caity said.

"If is not meant to be, it will never be." I said.

"No maybe I was wrong, maybe it wasn't Apollo that I saw on the mall." Caity said.

"Let's eat the food is ready." iniba ko nalang yung usapan para matapos na.

Excited naman silang kumain.

After we ate our lunch they decided to watch a movie naman kaya nag prepared sila ng snacks. Di ko parin maiwasan na di isipin yung kwento ni Caity.

I look at on my phone di na siya nag memessage sakin at tumatawag. What's wrong Apollo?

TIME SKIPPED.

Napasarap bonding naming apat dahil ngayon nalang naman kami nagkasama dahil busy sa college. I arrived in the apartment at 9 pm.

"Why are you so late?" he coldy said.

"I'm sorry kuya napasarap kasi yung bonding namin eh."

"Last mo na yan. You're grounded muna."

"Grounded? but why?" I curiously asked.

Inabot naman niya sakin yung test paper ko kaya nagulat ako.

"It's a D."

"Sorry kuya but I tried my best to study well but I—"

"You did your best but you got a D." he sarcastically said.

"Babawi nalang ako kuya next time."

"Sirene look don't say na babawi ka dahil mawiwili ka sa ganyan. Dapat you always do your best and effort para makapag focus ka. Kaya ngayon you're grounded lagi kang sasabay sakin sa pag uwi hindi ka muna makakapunta kung saan saan kailangan mong mag focus."

"Ginawa ko naman kuya eh pero—"

"Pero it's not enough Sirene. Ano nalang sasabihin ni dad."

"I want to tell to mom and dad but I don't know how."

"You need to focus on your study Sirene you already in college and your course is not easy to take." asik niya sakin

"Kaya nga ginagawa ko naman yung lahat eh." asik ko din sa kanya.

"Sirene D is not enough para masabi mong ginagawa mong lahat. You always got an A since then tapos ngayon ka pa magkakaroon ng D." diin niyang saad.

"What do you want me to do??"

"I need you to focus on your study and no bonding muna with your friends. Fix yourself may problema ba?"

Umiling nalang ako.

"Then bakit ka ganyan?!"

I cried.

"Don't cry Sirene you're a young lady now. You're not a child anymore para umiyak ka nang ganyan. Anong lagi kong sinasabi sayo be responsible and independent right? kaya tayo nandito—"

"You always says that I need to be responsible and independent but you don't have trust on me." diin kong saad.

"I do. I have a trust on you." kuya Sandro said.

"Ayun ang problema kuya eh. Wala kang tiwala sakin, ayaw mong maniwala sakin! I do my best to study that topic kahit na sobrang hirap. I need your help pero wala ka! lagi kang nasa mga kaibigan mo! may narinig ka ba sakin?"

"I-i just trying to be myself. I'm just having fun with my friends that's my only stress reliever."

"Ayan din naman yung ginagawa ko kuya eh! I'm trying to have fun with my friends! because these past few days I've been so stressed about that subject. Ikaw na nga nag sabi diba my course is not easy. I'm trying kuya I'm trying dahil gusto ko tong course na to and I want mom and dad to be proud of me! Akala mo ba okay lang sakin yang D na yan hindi! ginawa ko lahat eh I study so hard para makapasa but end up I got a D! I always do my best kuya buti pa si kuya Simon naiintindihan ako."

"Simon. Always Simon, puro nalang si Simon ang tama sayo at okay maging kuya mo. Sirene I'm trying my best to be better brother to you but you also didn't see it. I just want you to be excellent in everything. To be better in anything because I always believe in you."

"Kuya tao lang tayo hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon tama ka at hindi sa lahat ng bagay magaling ako. Napapagod din naman ako at nagkakamali sana matanggap mo yun. Can't you see I also trying my best to be better sister for you but you always see kung anong mali sakin." malumanay kong saad saka ako pumasok sa room ko.
