I can't believe it natulog lang kami eh.

"Where is daddy right now?"

"Still in the HQ umuwi sila kanina natulog lang then umalis rin sila ni mom."

"Di ko man siya nakita."

"We will go there later or uuwi din sila."

"Let's go there kuya!"

"Wag na tayo makidagdag sa iisipin ni dad." singit naman ni kuya Sandro nasa likod pala siya.

"But I want to see daddy."

"They will go home later Sirene. Mas okay na mag stay nalang tayo dito sa bahay."

"But kuya Sandro."

"Sirene, wag na makulit. Hindi okay mga taong nasa paligid mo ngayon kaya makisama at makiramdam ka."

So napatahimik ako sa sinabi ni kuya Sandro.

"Let's eat nalang Sirene." kuya Vinny said.

We went to the dining area to have some lunch na. Dahil late narin eh anong oras na ako nakatulog kaya late na ako nagising.

"Where is Simon?" kuya Sandro asked.

"Di pa yata bumababa eh." kuya Vinny said.

"I'm here." kuya Simon said.

"There you are. Did you already know the unofficial result?" kuya Sandro asked

"Yes I heard it awhile ago." kuya Simon answered.

"We can't do anything about that muna sa ngayon." kuya Sandro said.

Tahimik lang ako ayoko na magsalita baka may mali pa akong masabi kumain nalang kami ng tahimik. Kahit wala akong gana kumain dahil iniisip ko si daddy I know how it hurts for him. That's why I want to see him.

While we're eating di ko namalayan may tumulo na pala na luha sa mata ko at napansin pala yun ni kuya Simon.

"Si, are you okay?"

Kaya yumuko ako.

"Y-yeah I'm fine." I said at pinunasan ko ng mabilis yung luha ko.

Tumayo naman si kuya Sandro I thought magagalit siya pero pumunta siya sakin at hinila niya yung upuan na nasa tabi at umupo sabay yumakap sakin.

"Don't cry okay? everything will be fine." he said.

"I just worried to daddy. I know how it hurts for him." I sadly said.

"Dad will be fine Si." kuya Simon said

"We also feel hurt and sad at the same time for what happened." kuya Sandro said

"So we need to be strong for him." kuya Vinny said.

Lumapit din sila samin para yakapin ako.

I stayed sa room ni kuya Simon and I'm still silent parin ewan ko ba apektado talaga ako. Minsan kinakausap din ako ni kuya Simon pero nakikinig lang ako. We watched movies na nga rin at nandito na din si kuya Vinny para malibang lang ako pero nasa isip ko parin yung pag aalala kay dad.

While we're all watching tamang daldal naman tong si kuya Vinny.

"I know dad won."

"Yeah surely is."

"Nadaya lang siya."

"So we need to file for that."

5 pm.

"Mom and dad is here." bungad samin ni kuya Sandro pag open niya ng door sa room ni kuya Simon. So napatakbo kami lahat pababa at nauna ako syempre. I saw them in the living area. I immediately hugged dad.

"I know everything is not okay dad." I said while hugging him.

"It will be fine baba. So don't feel bad na okay?" he said and and whipped my tears and kisses me on forehead.

"I love you daddy." I said.

"I love you more. I love you all five." he said and mom also hugged us.

"Syempre kasama kami jan." kuya Vinny said kaya lumapit na silang 3 nakiyakap narin.

"Let's eat dinner na." aya naman ni dad samin.

We eat dinner silently and peacefully walang nagsasalita. Halata sa mga mata ni dad yung lungkot at pagod. Di rin maitago ni mom yung lungkot sa mga mata niya. It's really hurts of our family kasi akala namin si dad na yung mananalo for vice president. Akala namin magiging worth it lahat ng hirap nila. Sila lang dahil ayoko naman akuin yung struggles and efforts nila to campaign dahil back up support lang ako.

This election I really focused on my studies in London. Dahil sabi ni dad ayun nalang daw tutukan ko sila na bahala sa election. So I did kaya wala akong naitulong sa campaign ni dad.

I know kung gaano ka gusto ni dad tumulong sa mga pilipino kung gaano kalaki yung puso niya para sa mga pilipino. Ngayon hindi lang natalo si daddy kundi wala narin siyang position in the government.

After we ate they decided na bumalik sa mga room namin. Nasa room na ako but I can't sleep so I decided to go to my parents room. I knocked akala ko tulog na sila pero binuksan ni dad yung pinto.

"Why baba?"

"Can I sleep here?"

Magtinginan pa sila ni mom and they smiled.

"Why not." mom said.

"Sure come."

Humiga ako sa gitna nila I feel like I was a little child again. They hugged me tightly that reminds me of my childhood because whenever I got scared on my room I always sleep in my parents room.

"I missed this." I said.

"We missed it too." mom said.

"My baby is now a lady na soon." mom added.

"But still a baby ohh." biro ni daddy.

"Daddy, I know you are not okay." I said.

"I will be fine baba. We decided to file for recount." he said.

"Everything will be okay darling don't worry." mom said.

"Good night mom and dad I love you both forever." I said.

"Good night sweetheart, i love you so much." mom said and kissed me on cheeks.

"Good night baba, i love you most." dad said and kissed me on forehead.

After a few minutes we all fell asleep. I know you're really tried dad and mom too. I know you really won everything will go into place, I hope.
