Joe
The lions eyes glare at me as I dare not to breath. This has never ever happened before. Why of all days this one. I really liked meeting these two girls, we could have been friends. I heard them saying how they were only 15. I'm 17.
When I was training for this course my instructors told me if a lion was hunting you it would stay very still and hold its tail straight. I watched as the lion stopped. It's tail wasn't moving. My instructor also told me not to turn my back on a lion. Here I was with the lion slowly moving around to my back. Everything was going wrong. What could I do?
The lion slinks around to behind me and stops, he growls. It sounds like thunder. Thunder rolling in warning a massive storm is ahead. I get the shakes. I see Lucy and Chloe shaking too.
Lion
I can sense their fear. This will be a good meal. I pick a very shaky girl, she looks older than the other two, and larger. I can tell this dinner will be my best in weeks. I growl, hoping too scare my dinner more to create an easier prey.
Lucy
I am scared out if my brain. Literally. I feel like. My body. Is tensing. Up. And going. To. Explode. I can hardly breath. As the lion turns away I grab my phone hoping to ring for help. I dial my mum, she could contact someone. I hope. 03 59739401. I dial. No signal. Crap.Sorry for the short chapter readers, but I thought it was a pretty suspenseful one!
