Andy, Travis and Vic have agreed to plan our wedding which means that it's going ahead. On October 4th we're getting married.

- y/n : Good morning

- Arizona : It's surgery day. Your first surgery here. Are you excited?

- y/n : A little nervous

- Arizona : You'll be fine. Me, Callie, Lexie and Mark are going to switch out to watch and support you

- y/n : You're watching me? Oh no

- Arizona : You'll smash it and then maybe we can all go out for drinks after work

- y/n : I'll have to check with Jack but I'm sure he'll say yes

I'm making friends, Jack should be able to take care of his daughter for an evening. It's not very often that I go out.

Okay so I'm going out tonight. With Callie, Arizona, Mark and Lexie. I've spoken to Callie and Arizona and by the sounds of things I'll get along with Mark and Lexie pretty easily.

- Amelia : Stop chatting, you should be getting ready for your surgery

- Arizona : It was me who distracted Y/n

- Amelia : I don't care. Get to work Jones

- Arizona : How did you piss Amelia off already? She's the most laid back one out of all of us

I know how I pissed her off but she's my boss and my boss is pretty so I don't think I can take her seriously at the minute. I have a list of women I'd be gay for, she's not on it because she's a bitch but she was close to just being put on it. I'm also not gay so yeah. If Doctor Shepherd was nice then I'd definitely be gay for her if I was gay.

- Amelia : Don't mess up this surgery

- y/n : Wasn't planning on it

- Amelia : What?

- y/n : I wasn't planning on messing up the surgery. I can do my job pretty well, hence why I have the job

- Amelia : I'd stop being snarky

- y/n : Why? Are you going to fire me? I'm pretty sure you have to go to Chief Bailey and it just so happens that I'm friends with her and my fiancé is friends with her husband. She wouldn't put herself in that awkward position

I might be new, she might be pretty and she might be my boss but I won't let her walk all over me. I'm not like that.

AMELIA'S POV

What the hell? She royally pisses me off. First of all having a concert in her office which is next to mine so it disturbs me and second of all she mouths off at me. I'm going to make this job as miserable as I can for her so she leaves.

- Amelia : I hate her

- Link : Hate who?

- Amelia : The new attending. She threw a concert in her office and spoke back to me. I can't even fire her because she's friends with Bailey

- Link : I heard Torres and Sloan talking, it wasn't her playing the music, it was her daughter

- Amelia : I don't care. Her family disturbed my peace

- Meredith : You sound like Derek when he'd act all righteous. Y/n's cool and she's sticking around, get used to it

- Callie : Hi Amelia. You come to watch Y/n's first surgery here?

- Amelia : Something like that. Remember what I said Jones

- y/n : You got it boss lady

Can't she just call me Doctor Shepherd. There's no way I'm letting her call me Amelia but Doctor Shepherd is better then 'boss lady'

- Mark : Amelia, how's the new attending doing. Torres told me to come down here and support her. Looks like she's as good as you

- Amelia : Mark, shut up.

- Mark : Alright. I guess I hit a sensitive spot. She does seem good at her job, I don't think she'd needs you babysitting her

- y/n : Thank you Doctor Sloan

- Mark : Call me Mark

- y/n : Thank you Mark

She's encroaching on my life and she's been here less than a week. If Derek was here he'd probably have pushed me to the side to work with her, good thing he isn't. I miss my brother, I do, but some of the stuff he did I don't agree with.

- y/n : I'm closing up now. I think I've done the tricky part

- Amelia : Don't get smart with me

- y/n : You're welcome to stay if you want but it almost seems like you're obsessed with me

- Amelia : Mhm. I'm leaving

- y/n : Bye bye

I'm going to make her life hell.

Well that was new. I don't stand up to people like that, especially my boss.

- Arizona : You did great

- y/n : Thanks

- Mark : It's great to meet you

- y/n : You too

- Arizona : Are you able to come out with us tonight?

- y/n : Yeah. Where's Sofia going if we're all going out?

- Mark : Zola asked if she could have a sleep over so Sofia is sleeping over there tonight. We're going to get so drunk

Drunk. Sounds good except I have a kid and a fiancé to go home to tonight so I can't be too drunk. I'll settle for tipsy.
