I pull out Axcel's spare key from under the doormat and unlock his front door.
Hiding his spare key under the doormat is probably one of the most stupid things Axcel's done so far.
I march right through his house till I reach the kitchen.
Him and Alice are stood there in deep conversation.
I clear my throat.
Axcel's hand flies to his gun as he spins around to face me.
'Hi.' I say as I take a seat at the breakfast bar.
'Alexis, how did you get in?' He asks me, his hand not straying from his holster.
'Uh, I used the spare key.' I say.
'And you have that because...'
'Because you were terrible at hiding it.'
Alice laughs beside him and leans down towards the oven.
'You can't just walk into my house Alexis.' He says.
'Mmh yeah I can.' I clear my throat. 'Anyway, I'm not here to discuss that, I'm here-'
Axcel shakes his head and holds up his hand to stop me from talking. 'No, stop there.'
'What?' I ask.
'What do you mean, what? My cheek is still attacked from when you slapped it.' He says pointing at his face.
I sigh dramatically. 'I'm not apologising for that Axcel, that was fully deserved. However, I will promise that that will be the first and only time I will ever lay a hand on you.'
'That wasn't the first time.' He says with a shake of his head. 'Are you forgetting that you punched me?' He says pointing to his nose, as if it's still bruised.
Punched him?

...Oh wait, I remember.
It was that rather traumatic day when I found out Sebastian ran a mafia.
'Well I'm not apologising for that either. Just take this as the last ever time I will use physical violence against you.'
Alice pulls out a tray of steaming cupcakes.
Both me and Axcel reach forward for one and we are both slapped away.
'They're not for you greedy people, they're for Ryker.' She says.
