A/N: So... Yeah. I'm considering changing Cosmo's Love Interest to Leon, but I'm not sure about it. It's hard for me to choose between those two, so I'm making a vote for choosing his Love Interest. It's in the "Update" Book. Voting will end in a few days.

In Vermilion City, Professor Oak had just drop off Ash, Pikachu, Delia and Mr. Mime at the new laboratory.
"Here we are. I'll park the car, so you can just go on ahead." Professor Oak told Ash.
"Sure!" Ash said, he and Pikachu turns towards the laboratory, and ran up the stairs.
Ash stops when the Puppy Pokémon Yamper was in front of him, barking. He immediately became excited. "It's a Pokémon I've never seen before!" He said, while having sparkles in his eyes. Pikachu made a noise.
"You're so cute! Where are you from?" Ash asked the Yamper. Yamper backs away, while Ash kept following him. "What's your name?" He asked. Pikachu sweat drops at Ash's behavior, as if Yamper could answer him.
"Lemme touch you just a little! C'mon?" Ash said, and he grabs Yamper. Pikachu got on his back. "Caught you." He said, while hugging him. And Yamper did not like that, so he used Thundershock on him.
Ash got fried, he lay on the ground. Pikachu and Yamper immediately became friends, and they began playing with each other.
"All right, see you tomorrow!" Chloe said to her friends, and began walking up the stairs.
"Bye Bye!" Chloe's friends said.
As Chloe was walking up the stairs, Yamper barks.
"Yamper! I'm home!" Chloe greeted, and was shocked to see a kid with a Pikachu on top of him, laying on the ground. She scooted to the other side, and went up the stairs, hurriedly while Yamper follows.
Cosmo and Buddy was at the entrance of the laboratory waiting for Chloe.
As Chloe came into view, Cosmo greeted her. "Welcome back, Chloe!" Cosmo said. While Buddy went towards her and Yamper.
"I'm back! Cosmo! Buddy!" Chloe greeted. Buddy and Yamper begin playing with each other. "Oh, yeah. There's a kid with a Pikachu laying on the stairs, I think he got electrocuted."
"It must have been Yamper, we really gotta teach him not to randomly use Thundershock on them." Cosmo said. Yamper barked.
"Oh yeah, I brought the school's handouts for Goh. Have you seen him?" Chloe asked.
"I haven't seen him in a while, sorry." Cosmo said.
"Geez." Chloe said. "I brought the school's handouts, because he said he would be here."
Time Skip with Goh on a rooftop
It was finally time for the ceremony, as Professor Cerise, Professor Oak, Cosmo, Buddy, Chrysa and Ren were at the front.
"Thank you for being patient. My name is Cerise, and I am the chief here at Cerise's Laboratory, which is opening today." Professor Cerise said. "I am most grateful to see so many of you come here from so far away."
Professor Cerise explains the world of Pokémon. "Here at Cerise's laboratory, we wish to observe and analyze everything about these mysterious Pokémon, so that we may deepen our understanding of them." He said. "To know Pokémon is to know the world. I believe this will help make the world a better place!"
Everyone in the room claps for him.
