And in this chapter, someone will make a cameo appearance.

[Cerise's Laboratory - Inside]
Today will be an interesting day for everyone.
"Here you go!" Cerise said, he hands three tickets to the group.
"The Pokémon World Championships?" Goh asked, seeing the ticket.
"Yamp?" Yamper looks up.
"They're tickets to the finals, even! Awesome!" Goh said.
"That's amazing, dad!" Cosmo said.
"I know, right?" Cerise asked.
"What's this?" Ash asked, confused.
Goh, Cosmo, and Cerise faceplants.
Everyone's Pokémon were on the floor.
"Ash, you don't know?" Goh asked.
"That's surprising coming from someone like you." Cosmo added.
Both Ren and Chrysa were at the computer. Ren types on the keyboard, an image of the Wyndon Stadium appeared.
Ash looks at the image, excited.
"There have been plenty of Leagues and tournaments in other regions, and they all have their own Champions..." Ren explained.
"But the Pokémon World Championship are where they crown the World Champion." Chrysa explained.
"World Champion?!" Ash asked.
"And these tickets are for the finals!" Goh stated, getting back up.
"And they're pretty much sold out and hard to get." Cosmo added.
"So, that means..." Ash said, looking at the ticket. "We'll get to see the Pokémon battle that'll decide who's the strongest in the world?!" He asked.
"Yup!" Cosmo said.
"Indeed!" Cerise said.
"Awesome!" Ash said.
"Pika!" Pikachu agrees.
"It will be held in the Galar Region." Cerise informed. "I'm sure the stadium where the battle takes place will be filled with surprises!" He said. "I'd like you to go see and experience it for yourselves!" He told them.
"We will! Thank you, Professor Cerise!" Ash said, thanking him.
"And I'll catch myself plenty of Pokémon while I'm at it!" Goh said.
"Scorbunny!" Scorbunny agrees.
"Both Buddy and I will observe, and see the Pokémon World Championship. Right, Buddy?" Cosmo asked, picking up Buddy.
"Gible!" Buddy agrees.
"All right! Set off for Galar!" Ash said.
"Let's go to the Pokémon World Championships!" Goh said.
"Okay!" Cosmo said.
"Pika!" Pikachu is excited.
"Scorbunny!" Scorbunny is excited.
"Gible Gi!" Buddy is excited.

[Plane]
Now the group are on a plane, making their way to the Galar Region.
Everyone's Pokémon partners are on their laps.
"How much longer?" Ash asked.
"Pikachu?" Pikachu wonders.
"Cosmo, what is that?" Goh asked, noticing a key on Cosmo's necklace.
"Scorbunny?" Scorbunny looks at it.
"Hmm? Oh, this." Cosmo said, putting his hand under the key. "It's a key." He said, smiling.
"Gible." Buddy agrees.
