[Cerise Laboratory - Main Room]
Today in Cerise Laboratory, inside of the main room. Both Ash and Goh were looking at the coronation participants.
"Over 10,000?" Ash said. "There are that many participants?!" He asked.
"Pika." Pikachu saw the numbers.
Gengar is floating next to Ash.
"I'm fired up!" Ash said.
"They're not called the Pokémon World Championships for nothing!" Goh said. "They're insanely popular!"
"That's fine! The more rivals, the more excitement!" Ash said, excited. He looks at the numbers and kept seeing it increasing.
"More and more keep signing up after me!" Ash said.
"I see... Everyone starts out in the Normal Class, huh?" Ren said, looking at Ash's Rotom-Phone.
A Screen appeared showing the pyramid chart for the Pokémon World Championships.
"And above that is the Super Class, Hyper Class and then the Master Class!" Ren said.
"Everyone shares the same starting line." Cerise said, looking at the screen. "Your momentum greatly depends on whether you win or lose your first battle. The first battle is vital." He told Ash.
"Got it!" Ash said. "Right, let's do this, Pikachu!" He looks at Pikachu.
"Pika Pika!" Pikachu agrees.
"What are you gonna do?" Goh asked.
"If I wanna battle Mr. Leon, then first of all I gotta enter the Super Class!" Ash stated, walking towards the screen. "In which case, there's only one thing to do! Win, win, and win some more!" He shouted.
"Pika Pikachu!" Pikachu agrees.
"Gengar!" Gengar agrees.
"You fired up, too, Gengar?" Ash asked, looking at it.
"Gen!" Gengar agrees.
Just then, the door to the Main Room opened, revealing Cosmo, Buddy and Beau. The three are ready to head out.
"I'm off, Dad! I'll be home tonight!" Cosmo said.
"Gible!" Buddy is in Cosmo's arms.
"Eevee!" Beau is on Cosmo's shoulder.
"See you later! And have a safe trip!" Cerise told Cosmo, smiling.
"Where are you going, Cosmo?" Goh asked.
"I'm headed to the Galar Region." Cosmo told him. "There's still some unfinished business, that I still need to complete there." He said, smiling.
"Eh? On the day the Pokémon World Championship starts?" Ash said, a bit disappointed.
Cosmo chuckles. "Sorry, but since we don't have any missions today, I decided to take this chance and head to Galar." He said. "Speaking of which, I should go now, bye!" He waves and leaves.
Everyone said goodbye to Cosmo.

[Galar Region - Wild Area]
Getting off the Wild Area's Train Station. Cosmo, Buddy and Beau have all arrived in the Galar Region.
"Here we are! The Wild Area!" Cosmo said, looking out at the area seeing a bunch of Pokémon.
"Gible!" Buddy looks around.
"Eevee!" Beau looks around.
