It was another day, and everyone excluding Ash and Pikachu are in Cerise's Park, as they're doing exercises with Mr. Mime.
"Mr. Mime Mr. Mime.""
"Slowly... Slowly..." Goh followed.
"Why am I doing this?" Chloe questioned.
"It's good for your health, so why not?" Professor Cerise said. "Kung-fu exercises with everyone, first thing in the morning!"
Cosmo nodded his head in agreement. "I agree." He said.
"Geez." Chloe said.
"This is pretty tough." Goh said. "How is Mr. Mime so steady?"
"It must have a fit torso." Professor Cerise said.
"Scorbunny." Goh called, and Scorbunny looked over to him. "Don't push yourself too hard." He said, and Scorbunny begin playing with Yamper.
"Mr. Mime."
"L-Like this?" Goh said.
Mr. Mime shook his head, and points toward Metapod, who was standing still. Everyone looked over to Metapod.
"Mr. Mime."
"What? Like that?" Goh questioned.
"That's supposed to be an example?" Chloe questioned.
"But he's not moving..." Cosmo said.
"No, I'm sure this is..." Professor Cerise was about to say, but Yamper's bark cuts him off. And Scorbunny kicks Metapod. Metapod flew into the air and hits a rock, as it made a noise.
"Ah." Professor Cerise said.
"I just heard a weird noise." Chloe said.
"It sounded like a crack." Cosmo said.
"Wait, aren't Metapod's inside..." Goh said.
"Ah!" The four of them screamed.
In panic Professor Cerise was rubbing the rock, thinking that it was the Metapod.
"A-A-A-Are you okay?!" Professor Cerise asked.
"Dad, calm down!" Chloe said.
"Dad, that's a rock!" Cosmo said.
"Metapod, are you hurt?" Goh asked, as he held Metapod.
Metapod shows that he was okay.
"What a relief." Goh said.
"Cosmo! Goh!" Ash called, he threw Goh's backpack towards Goih, and he caught it while Scorbunny caught Metapod. "Let's go to the Hoenn Region!" He announced.
"Pikachu Pika Pika!"
"What?" Goh questioned.
"Hoenn?" Cosmo questioned.

"The Battle Frontier Glass Flute Cup! A place of fierce battles and strong battlers! Bring two Pokémon and win your way up the ranks in Single Battles!" An announcer announced.
"The winner gets this set of five colored Glass Flute! Come join the Battle Frontier Glass Flute Cup, and let's have some Pokémon battles!" A female announcer said.
"I see. And? Who did you enter?" Goh asks Ash.
"Pika!"
"Pikachu and Mr. Mime!" Ash said, as he brought out Mr. Mime.
