Right after the hot conversation of the family, Imelda excused herself accompanied by Bongbong to find Imee. They found her sitting on the hospital bench, arms crossed while preventing her tears to fall down.
"Imee..."
Imee was startle to heard her name being called with someone who's very familiar, so when she looked behind, it was her mother and her brother.
"I know I shouldn't talk to her like that, sorry but if you're here to convince me to apologize to her my answer would be no mom and that's final. Hindi ko babawain ang mga sinabi ko dahil lahat ng yun totoo."
"Manang.."
Imelda caressed her daughter's back gently, nodding at her as if she's telling her that she's right and she do understands.
"Bago niya sana sinabi lahat ng yun, inalam niya muna lahat. How dare is she to talk like that without knowing na si Kate yung dahilan kung bakit buhay pa siya ngayon. She should've known first that her daughter have taken good care of her but she didn't, inuna niya yung sarili niya."
"Enough Imee, you might say something bad towards your sister due to your anger. Perhaps, she have just carried away, kakagising palang ng ading mo." Imelda consoles, Imee smirks and breathed-out.
"I just don't understand bakit naging iba ang ihip ng hangin sakanya, Akala ko gusto niyang mapatawad siya ng anak niya but hearing all of what she said earlier, parang hindi naman."
"But manang, are you sure about the adoption? Do you think Kate will be happy about this?" Bongbong asked his older sister softly, Imee looked at him blankly.
"I don't know, pero kung gawin ko man kailangan ko lang ipaintindi kay Iya lahat." Imee replied, Bongbong release a sigh with what her sister said.
"Ayaw pumayag ni Irene, manang.." Bongbong trailed on, Imee rolled her eyes.
"I don't care.." Imee impassively said, Imelda taps her shoulders gently.
"Maaram ka nga diri ako naruyag hin nag-aaway kamo, when the both of you calms down dun kayo mag-usap." (Alam mong ayaw ko na nag-aaway kayo,) Imelda told Imee, using her waray-waray language.
"And don't tell Kate about this first, settle this matter in a calm way. Heard me, Josefa?" Imelda added, Imee doesn't have a choice but to nod and agree.
Unbeknownst to them earlier when the hot conversation was on going, someone was eavesdropping that was able to record what Irene have said.
"For sure, if you hear this hindi kana uuwi."
The woman sent it to Kate, the whole copy of the conversation that happened earlier.
"I feel so sorry for you, Kate.." the lady utters as she teasingly laugh.
"Janella, what took you so long?" Alfonso asked the girl, yes it was no other than Janella.
"Sorry kuya, ang dami kasing tao sa cr. Let's go?" Janella excused, feeling so much joy in her heart.
Meanwhile, Kate have just arrived in Spain safe & sound. She saw her family's missed calls and text especially Imee's, and on her instagram someone she doesn't follow sent her a message but she didn't bother opening it now.

Hi ma, sorry for not answering your calls and text earlier. My phone was in airplane mode, I'm here na in Spain. I just landed po, how's mommy?
