"Kate, w-what a-are you doing here?"
Irene's knees and hands are trembling, she's feeling so weak ang pale. Her tears flows down like a river, her biggest secret had just been found out by someone na ayaw na ayaw niyang makaalam. She can't even move nor speak, she's just looking at her witnessing how her daughter cries endlessly and it hurts her, so much.
She gathered all her strength to move and walk towards Kate, she cupped her cheeks so she could face her.
"Sh, a-anak s-stop.." Irene tries to calm her daughter down, she wiped her tears off as she hugs her tightly.
"I-I'm sorry.." Kate apologize softly, she hugged her mother back. Imelda, Imee and Bongbong were also in tears while they witnessed how the mag-ina hugged each other after all the circumstances they've faced.
"N-no don't say sorry, wala akong karapatan para hindi ka patawarin. In fact, ako nga dapat ang mag-sorry sayo sa dami ng kasalanan ko sayo. If I could just bring back the time my love, I would.." Irene stated, stuttering. She doesn't want to let go of their hug because it has been awhile since they last hugged like this.
"I've always forgive you ma, hindi naman ako nagtanim ng galit sayo e. I was just frustrated because you chose to left than to stay b-but it's all over now po, now I want you to fight for us, hmm'kay? Please.." Kate pleads her, she's breathing so hard. She can't take this pain and she knows that this feeling won't leave her heart not until she makes sure that her mom will be okay.
"I know, and I want you to know and remember that no matter what happens, I love you and I will always love you my Viktoria, my mini-me, my bestfriend, my love, my savior, my cure..." Irene whispers, she kissed her forehead as she caressed her back.
"A-aray.." Irene groans that alarmed Kate, she tap her mother's back softly.
"Mom, are you okay? M-mommy?" Kate asked nervously, that caught Bongbong and the two women attention so they immediately went to their direction.
Irene tightens her hug, her back hurts so much. She's now crying because of the pain she's feeling, everyone in the room begins to panicked.
"M-mommy, s-saan po yung masakit? Ma, please answer me..Tito-dad, mama, let's bring her na sa hospital po.." Kate begged panicking, Irene is still hugging her tightly.
"Ading.. Calm down, k-kaya mo bang tumayo h-halika punta muna tayo sa ospital.." Bongbong uttered, he doesn't know what to do, he pity's his sister and if he could just take her pain and put it unto him, he would.
"K-kuya, m-masakit.. H-hindi ako makatayo.." Irene replied, panting. Bongbong caressed her shoulders gently, Imee immediately called the boys for assistance.
"Mom, what happened?" Alfonso immediately asked as he rushed towards Irene, there he saw that Irene is already unconscious. He immediately lift her mother carefully, assisted by her cousins followed by Kate and Imee. Bongbong told her mother to just stay in the house since it's dangerous to go out this time.
When they arrived, nurses abruptly assist them, they put Irene in a hospital bed and rushed her inside the emergency room. They're panicking and they can't settle their selves down because of their nervousness, Alfonso kept on walking back and forth.
