Gerard didn't realize he was glaring.

"I swear to God, man. Why did you even invite me to this if all we're gonna do is bitch about Frank and Hayley?"

"I just- I don't get it," Gerard said, focused on the dancing pair. "They'd never even talked before this. And did he really forget me that fast? I mean, he blocked me, like, no problem."

Bert shook his head in disbelief and took a sip from his red cup, which probably had higher alcohol : punch ratio at this point. "You're unbelievable," he mumbled into the cup. Gerard was too lost in his own thoughts to even retort back.

Had he really been replaced that easily?
